Best Third party PS controller I have ever used.
Quick delivery, Comfortable to use, very robust. They joysticks are very smooth. Even if it is a little over the budget, I suggest you take because it is the closest you can get to the original dualshock.Even their service is good. One trigger button stopped working after 2-3 months. I contacted the customer service. They were very quick to respond. Quick to take action. Very polite. Service is very fast.

Works perfectly for me, but with one caveat.
My buddies and I decided to start playing Mortal Kombat on my PC whenever we’re at my place, and so I purchased this controller, primarily to play that game in particular but also because it can connect to the OLED Nintendo Switch, which I’d wanted a controller for as well (so this review primarily reflects the device’s performance on a Windows gaming laptop and a Nintendo Switch).Right off the bat, I would say the build quality and finish in this price range is fantastic, and the materials feel strong, durable, the body itself feeling very well-assembled.It looks good with or without the lights on, and you can cycle through several colours, as well as turn off the lights entirely, or manage their brightness through button combinations on the controller itself. The Hall effect (magnetic-field driven) joysticks and triggers feel very nice to the touch, are very responsive, and my experiences with joystick drift have been fleeting and negligible at best (though it does occur to a mild extent every once in a while on the Switch while paired through Bluetooth). While I haven’t had a chance to really test the battery life, I’ve gotten at least six hours out of it on a single charge so far, and from what I’ve understood learning about it, it can still yield another three hours beyond it.The twin vibration motors are pretty good, don’t feel too harsh in hand, and are actually somewhat visible through the translucent feet of the gamepad, which is pretty fun to look at.So far, so good. The caveat? It could not and would not connect functionally to my PC via Bluetooth, and was unusable unless I connected it through the provided USB-C cable (at which point it would work perfectly, and I was even able to configure the touchpad to act like a mouse-touchpad on the PC through the third party DS4 program). We played a few matches like that, and the controller held up pretty well under the duress of the furious button mashing that went on.Problem is there’s quite a few of us, and for everybody to have a chance to battle every other person, we’d have to keep switching chairs to get near this controller.I very nearly returned it purely on this point of failure, intending to buy another one; however, as I was researching which one would be good to get, I found out that this model, the Quantum (which does not ship with a dongle), can be paired with the dongle of one of CosmicByte’s other gamepads, the Stratos Xenon, which is also sold independent of the actual gamepad. So I placed a separate order for about 350 rupees and ordered that directly off their website, and lo and behold, when paired with the Xenon’s dongle, the Quantum springs to life and works just fine on my PC.The only real drawbacks here (over and above having to shed extra cash for a dongle to make this thing work wirelessly on my PC) are that the controller is no longer recognized by DS4, so I have lost the mouse-pad functionality on the touchpad, and the computer struggles to understand exactly what each button is called (so now when I practice a Fatality on MK, I have to guess at which of the Cross, Circle, Square and Triangle buttons I’m supposed to press, because the onscreen prompt likely won’t be right).I probably need to try configuring it further, and maybe fiddle between DualShock and X-input (PS4 and Xbox controls, both of which are available on it while connected through USB cable and dongle), but for now those are the only two problems I’ve observed while on the dongle’s connection. Two very useful things in this controller are the twin Macro buttons on the back, which can store recorded sequences of button presses. I was able to store two MK fatalities on them for use at the end of the match if I win (since some of them are too complicated and I can’t be asked to actually bother remembering them). On the Switch, it pairs very effortlessly via Bluetooth, and while I haven’t tested the dongle on the Dock yet, I imagine it would work just fine. I had some very minor right joystick drift the first time I played the GTA remaster trilogy with it, but that was easily rectified by turning it off and back on again.I find it marginally less responsive than the Switch’s native joycons while it’s connected via Bluetooth, but it is not a significant enough shortfall to actually compromise gameplay, and I’m still able to be as effective playing it as otherwise, so no real problem to speak of there. To summarize, it’s a great controller, and delivers on most of what it promises quite flawlessly, but if the goal is to play on PC, I would strongly recommend purchasing the Stratos Xenon’s dongle as well, or it might not wirelessly connect well on its own. Obviously each computer is a touch different, so there’s no guarantee my experience will be universal, but on my Predator Helios, Bluetooth just couldn’t crack it.If the goal is to use it primarily on a Switch or a PS4 (the latter of which I understand it connects flawlessly with under any conditions, since it is primarily a DualShock-pattern controller), then you shouldn’t need a dongle, and it’ll work just fine as is.Giving it four stars out of five because of the dongle issue, and also because without using YouTube guides I wouldn’t even have known about the compatibility with the Xenon dongle, or even how to actually pair it with anything (since the user manual doesn’t really get every single detail right).

Steal deal for the price!
A Beautiful and Ergonomic Controller for the Price! If you're looking for a comparison between this controller and the DualShock 4, here are the pros and cons:Pros:1) Hall Effect Triggers and Magnetic Joysticks: These feel superior to the DualShock 4 in my opinion.2) Macro Buttons: Extremely easy to configure.3) Vibrations and Haptic Feedback: On par with the DualShock 4.4) Ergonomics: Feels more comfortable, though this may vary for others.5) Bluetooth Connectivity: Excellent with no noticeable delay.6) RGB Lighting: Looks stunning.Cons:1) Touch Pad: Average quality, with the DualShock 4 having a better one.2)Options and Share Buttons: Feel cheap and might be the first to break. However, these are not used as frequently, so it’s not a major issue. At this price point, I believe only the Kreo Mirage and Cosmic Byte Quantum are serious competitors for PS4 gamepads. However, this controller offers better vibrations and haptic feedback compared to the Mirage, making it the best third-party PS4 controller available at 3,000 rupees.Highly recommended at this price point!I just hope the build quality holds up over time. I’ll update if anything changes.

It works perfectly as described and tested on PS5 and PC
It works perfectly as described and tested on PS5 and PC. On PC it works better if we configure it with the DS4Windows app. Sometimes it might not work on a PC in Bluetooth mode. I deleted all paired devices (Quantum controller and all other devices) and then re-paired to fix the issue. Works on stream and epic directly. To use it on Xbox store we need DS4Windows software. Battery backup is good. Tested for 8 hrs approx and plugged in while 25% after 8 hrs of usage. I am not a pro gamer. So didn't see any lag on Bluetooth mode.

Please stay away from this!!!!
The media could not be loaded. The controller was really good at the start. But from my very first date of purchase the avg stick error has always been above 20% but I didn't notice it while playing games. Now after 3 months of usage the L1 and R1 button has started ro malfunction. They don't get registered whenever I press them. Also apart from face buttons and the triggers, all the button press feels cheap considering the controller is not cheap. There is no connectivity problems. It even connects very fast indeed but if you play for long hours I won't recommend this controller. You hand will feel numb and it hurts to the point that you'll have to restore the controller from your hands. So comfort is about 3/5.Build quality 3/5Connectivity 5/5Stick error 1/5Stick quality 5/5Non face buttons quality 2/5Face buttons and triggers quality 4/5I know I can't expect much from this third party controllers but still the quality must be provided for the budget of 3000 rs.Have submitted warrenty claim and they asked for Product pictures and a video of the controller malfunctioning with of course invoice. Will update soon about the warrenty claim.
