The number of pills you have to take is high but they also seem to have a positive impact on how I feel. I seem to have less joint pain after taking these a few months.

Serving suggestions are two scoops per day in 6-12oz of beverage. I mix it in to a 32oz nalgene bottle of water and it's still so dark and strong flavored, people regularly ask me omg what is in that?!?! lol. I can only imagine in 6oz of water it'd be like drinking mud. Looks like a tumeric/oj heavy mix kind of thing. The citrus flavor is not good, but it does somewhat resemble artificial orange taste. I take it to keep my immune system up, and it seems to be working as I haven't been sick in a year since I started this 5 days a week. I like all the ingredients they say are in it. Will keep buying, as I haven't found anything I like better. I like animal products overall. I'm on my 8th or so can of this stuff at this time.

This item really works! I used to take things about 15 years ago when it was the old animal pack and it was still very good even then. I think this formula is quite a bit better because it's not quite as many pills to swallow and they seem to dissolve better in my body. I'm on my third can now and I've been really feeling a big difference with this can. It's taking me about 3 to 4 months to really feel the full benefits of this which is not unusual. I'll be 40 in the next 6 months so this is common with people in their late 30s.Overall, I feel much better when I go to the gym and I can lift a lot more now than I could 3 months ago. I feel like my muscle recovery is much faster as well. I also feel much more energy consistent energy compared to how I did before taking this product.
