The product is great! Amazons advertising of it is not so hot! When you say 16oz pack of 2 it leads me to believe that it is two packages each containing 16 oz! Instead I got two 8 oz packages totaling 16 oz! Very misleading! It should say 8 oz pack of 2 then!

I purchased this product to make Ginger Cake, which I have not done yet. I am not a tea be person but tried ginger tea with honey. I didn’t particularly like it at first but it is growing on me.

I do not typically write reviews for food, but I wanted to let you know that this is the best ginger powder I’ve ever used. It came, freshly sealed, it smells delicious, not overpowering, and very fresh. It gives perfectly fragrant addition that makes your food delicious. There are a lot of fake products out there in this world, this one is not it!I strongly recommend and will be purchasing again

Generally pleased and I like the fact that it's organic but, i had hoped it would deliver a little more punch to my gingersnap cookies.
