Thai whole dried chile -7 OZ

These Thai Chilies arrived quickly. They have that distinct fruity flavor and strong spiciness. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous I would get moldy chilies. I opened immediately and inspected them. Only one chili had a little white moldy spot. I threw that one out and placed all the chilies on a cookie sheet. I placed in a hot (turned off oven) to finish drying off. I think the moisture comes from it perhaps not having enough time to dry all the way. I placed the dry peppers in a food processor and made hot pepper flakes. Perfect for all my Thai dishes. 7 Oz may not seem like a lot but it is. I am happy I took a chance, it was well worth it for me.

Tried getting a refund, but it wasn’t eligible to return. Whole package was filled with moldy peppers. Completely unusable.

Very little spice for real chili heads. The peppers taste great and every bag I have bought are dried correctly unlike some other brands that have moldy wet peppers in their bags. If jalapeno is your limit of spiciness then these will have enough heat for you. If you like ghost and reapers and scorpion peppers in your food then these will have very little heat- but I still suggest them as they do taste great in your Thai or Indian dishes, and, again, very little heat they give but still a SLIGHT, like very slight, bite.

Very good peppers, excellent flavor and not TOO dry, perfect texture. The sellers contacted me right away to let me know shipping would take longer as they were shipping from Thailand. Peppers were worth the wait, thank you!

I'll probably never cook with these as I don't tolerate spicy food very well, instead I use this to make my own spicy suet cakes that wild birds love but squirrels hate. This package contains two bags of peppers, one pouch ground up fills a 16 ounce mason jar a little more than half way. I add about 2 tbs of pepper powder to my recipe for one suet cake. This stuff packs a punch and is much more effective as a squirrel deterrent than cayenne, and you can't beat Amazon's price!

Seemed like they just took it out of a big packet and sealed it and sent it. No issues with the product but the packaging needs to be better.

Great Stuff! These have an especially sharp and bright kind of heat, I don't know how else to describe it. As others have said, these are well cured, They are dry but not particularly brittle. Overall very satisfied. Amazing.

Good peppers. A little pricy.
