Well this is a decent fish sauce in this price range. Considering that it is not an ingredient of Indian cuisine, itās difficult to find it in just any shop and so i had to opt for amazon. I havenāt really tried any āauthenticā fish sauce yet, but from what iāve read and heard bout the flavor, this one DOES smell like fermented fishš the odor might be overwhelming for some, so you know this is real. Although the color is light, like black tea, so i think there could be better ones out there but expensive for us. I can handle a much stronger and pungent flavor, so iāll keep searching. But try this if youāre new and if the strong fishy smell makes you puke lmao. Iām soon going to try kimchi with this.
