Froths very nicely! Great shelf stable product!
I love this shelf stable product without fillers and gums. It’s a great price and I can stock up. The flavor is lacking but in this foam I added some powdered stevia. Sometimes I’ll add vanilla or cinnamon. It’s a good vessel for any other flavors or syrups you’d like to add. This foams just as good as milk in my opinion. I’ll be buying again!

Nuttier taste than the original
I really like Oatsome. In fact, I shared a delivery with a friend and now they have started their own subscription! I normally get the regular ( in the purple and white carton), but thought I would try something new. This has a nuttier taste than the other, but still tasty.

Fine enough, but doesn’t foam for lattes in a milk frother.
This is ok as a general oat milk, but we got this in hopes that as a “barista blend” it would hold foam well. We have a Nespresso Aeroccino frother and have had a hard time finding plant based milk that holds foam for a latte etc. It foams up at first in the frother, but then all the foam dissipates almost immediately when the machine stops, which is pretty disappointing for an oat milk sold specifically for use in espresso drinks. Ok in flavor, but I definitely felt it was oversold as a “barista” oriented milk.

Taste like sunflower oil
For little while I was ordering Oatsome Organic Oat Milk regular unsweetened and was not bad, then when I order last time was so thick I was not able to finish the coffee because on the bottom of the cup was so much of very thick substance. So I order this one because is saying no gums, no powders. I do not know what happen but unsweetened regular have 13 g of sugar from oats, and this one say have also 13 g of sugar but is not sweet a all, the other one was sweet. The worst is the taste, i feel like I'm drinking coffee with only sunflower oil. The after taste is terrible. I wish they add olive oil instead of sunflower oil it is much healthier to all of us then sunflower oil. Logically oat milk is just oat and water, I wish somebody start just doing simple oat milk without any fillers. Organic do not mean organic if is process too much. I usually sending good reviews, but this one get me very upset because I usually ordering 6 pack and more and for last couple months I just throwing my money in the garbage .

Getting too expensive
I love this product. A lot. I’ve had it on subscribe and save for probably 4 years now, that’s how yummy it is. However, a price hike of $10 is too rich for my taste. I’ll resubscribe when the price comes down again.Editing: the price has returned to the low $20s again and I’m so glad to have my regular coffee creamer again. It’s the perfect blend of creamy and sweet, there’s nothing that perfectly compares to the balance with the Oatsome blend. Oatly and chobani don’t cut it anymore.

Meh
I’m on a quest to find an oat milk better than Chobani Barista, this didn’t pass the test. This tastes kind of sour, and isn’t very thick for being a barista blend. This doesn’t taste super oat-y though, which is a positive for me. On to the next oat milk! 2.5-3 starsShelf stable oat milk ratings:1. Chobani Oat Barista Blend2. Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend (this suddenly started really tasting like oats and would have un-blended oats in it)3. This one

Ooh! CREAMY shelf-stable? 10 Grams of Fat (!) never tasted so.... Lousy
I was so excited to find this product. ..A shelf-stable extra creamy oat milk, for such an affordable price-?! I mean, it must be really creamy, because it has 10 g of fat per serving, right? The brands that I usually buy are Oatly Extra creamy/full fat or Chobani (same), but in order to attain said creamy & delicious nirvana, one must first drag oneself out of the house (oof! Nooooooo), and go to the (ugh) grocery store. Honestly, I have little to no interest in any coffee creamer containing less than 8 or 9 g of fat per serving. I thought it was the fat that made it taste so good. Boy, was I wrong! The 10 g of fat in this product are a bunch of watery, weird tasting, too sweet LIES. It's like a nutty rice milk, and not very creamy, at that. I mean, I have a whole case of it now, so I guess I'll continue using it. And honestly it is better than no milk at all. But, hopefully, reading this will save anyone with similar hopes, for getting them up too high. This purchase was a total bummer. Aaaaand the search continues! :(
