I have worked as a nurse for the last 19 years. This means I have used plenty of stethoscopes. And I can say, the sleuth stethoscope is by far the best one I've ever had. And I've paid astonishing prices for the tools of my trade. I have had stethoscopes that cost over $300 and not one of them allowed me to hear the way this one does.The best part of this buy, is that I needed the BP cuff not the stethoscope, and I am so happy I bought this duo. I got this, and after a few days I gave my $200 stethoscope to my toddler to play with as a toy.I love this set. I love this product. The stethoscope is 10/10. The BP cuff is accurate, I love it. It is well worth triple what I paid at $24. I will most definitely be buying this product over and over again during the remainder of my career.

Disregard, any remotely positive comments that I initially stated, after 2 days and trying to actually use this I have discovered that this product is junk and although its cheap, its not EVEN worth the $24 price tag. Bottom line, It does not work (the cuff leaks and thus TOTALLY UNUSABLE. The stethoscope might as well be a play toy, you cannot hear a heartbeat. AND AFTER THE FACT I FIND OUT IT IS NOT RETURNABLE! AVOID this junk and save yourself the $24 ripoff and frustration!!! I have no idea how they fabricated the positive review, but If I were you, I would pay attention to the ones that caution that this non functional product IS NOT RETURNABLE...read for. yourself and save yourself!I just received this so, this MAY BE too early to give this such a low score. I love the price!, I love the cuff, works great! However, the positive stop there. When listening for the heartbeat (which is why anyone would buy this right???), I can BARELY hear a beat. I suspect that is what you get at this price point. Additionally the head of the stethoscope is plastic (its made to look like the "real ones" (metal) and in the first 15 mins of putting it in the bag and pulling it out, a small piece of the plastic and/or paint chipped off (not a huge deal, am may not impact functionality but if that happened in the first 15 mins, what will it look like in a week??? Bottom line...its just cheap / low quality...you get what you pay for!!! I will test it with our home health care (medical assistant) and will update further, but for now, I expect that I will be retuning this unit.
