Perfect for GF Sourdough Starter
This flour is great to make a GF sourdough starter with. The picture is day 4 of my starter, and it already has some good bubbles. I do recommend this if you want to make a GF sourdough starter. I am using 1/4 cup of the flour + 1/8 cup of filtered water. Feeding it once or tejce day and discarding 1/4 each time I “feed” it.

use if for GF flour mixes
This is an excellent gluten free product. I use it to make my own GF flour mix as I've a sensitivity to tapioca. 1 cup white rice flour, 1 cup brown rice flour (this one!), 1/2 cup corn starch, 1/2 cup potato starch, 3/4 tsp xanthan gum. I find it works great as a 1:1 replacement for all purpose flour.
