Unique charm
This is definitely one of the best purchases I have made these past few months. It was for a present, and my friend was dazzled. I love the design and it is great quality... it is also very modern, and delicate. I have had a hard time finding charms that would not look too diminute or plain, this one did the trick. In addition, you can see that the design is different from what you would find here, the designer is French and googling Ive found that they target their products for younger audiences. I also saw the prices and this is indeed perfectly priced (less than half of original euro value). So if you are looking for a perfect charm that may make your friend, mom, grandma or even yourself happy do not hesitate. Also look into the other products they have, they are beautifully executed and soooo pretty.... A fan.

Beautiful charm, but blue pieces are falling off
2-4 stars for charm (depending on frequency of wear), 5 stars for customer serviceUpdate 5/14/18 - I have now lost five blue pieces from this charm. I was contacted quickly by Nina Queen after posting my initial review, offering to send a replacement, and they recommended two different blue charms. I responded that my first choice, if they thought I wouldn’t have the same problem, was to send the same charm, but I also sent a backup choice. I just received my backup choice in the mail this weekend. While I’m sad that I’ll soon be removing my favorite charm from my bracelet, I greatly appreciate the company’s efforts to make things right. My rating reflects five starts for customer service. If you wear your bracelet daily, like I do, I give this particular charm 2 stars. However, if you only wear it occasionally, you’ll have greater longevity with this charm, making it more in the three to four star range.Original: This has been my favorite charm since I bought it 10 1/2 months ago. I love the blue, and the pattern makes me think of dahlias. It fits nicely on my Pandora bracelet and it gets worn daily.Several days ago I noticed that I had lost two patches of blue, and today I see a third one is pulling up. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed.
