Very hard to find working as they should.

The sockets appear well-made and works well once installed. The nuts that hold the globe around the fixture were very loose. I have found Chinese threads in many products to be out of tolerance for my liking. however, it did tighten up on the globe. I’m hoping it won’t come loose later. Also, the wires were too short for my application. Your mileage may very. It is hard to put spices in the long tube that holds the fixture and globe… probably impossible in many applications. The splice has to be made before the tube if the wire is too short. The junction box for the power input and the four globes was already crowded.

I was looking at having to replace two above the sink bathroom light fixtures if I couldn't find this one piece (that had inexplicably broken after a visit with teenage guests -- they are my grandsons and I love them to pieces). So I removed the broken piece and started driving all over town to hardware stores. Nowhere to be found. Would need to buy an entire new light fixture -- which means actually two new light fixtures because the bathroom has double sinks. Searched on Amazon and voila -- there they were for a fraction of the cost! Thank you Amazon.

nuts are loose and wont get tight

Needed the socket to replace one that had the light bulb screw base stuck in it. Impossible to find at the local hardware, electric and lighting stores! Same exact item, picture with measurements and details were perfect. Very easy to install and took about 15 minutes for a not very handy person. Only needed one so now I have a couple of backups.
