OBeauty 10 Inch Banneton Brotform Proofing Baskets for Sourdough Bread & Cloth Liner

You know those pretty concentric rings on the beautifully domed loaves of bread you see on baking shows? Well, I didn't get those rings with this banneton. But it did keep my rising loaf from collapsing or spreading sideways like Jabba the Hut before it was time for the oven. Maybe I need to make the lining a bit smaller to see those rings on the bread? I've no idea, but I do really like this proofing basket.It fits well into my plastic cake storage/carrier so my bread can rise in peace without using any plastic wrap that always seems to collapse and stick to my dough.Yay! Upping my bread game!

It worked well, and made some very pretty (and structurally sound) sourdough, both with a few hours to rise and when left in the fridge overnight. Giving it 4 stars because it has a strange smell to it, hard to describe, but not particularly pleasant. Seems a bit better after a wash, but definitely still there.
