I love Baggallini products and this backpack is one of my favorites. I purchased it in the color Sterling Shimmer and it's beautiful. I use it mainly for airline travel. It's the perfect size & weight for me. The storage compartments are thoughtfully designed and I can store everything I need in this one backpack. I was really happy to find a deep, open pocket tucked under the handle on the back. It's the perfect place to store a travel blanket! I washed it after a long trip and it came out looking brand new. There is also a sleeve that allows you to slip the backpack over your luggage handle. I don 't do well with these sleeves because I'm always mistaking them for a pocket to put stuff in. I wish the bag had an option to close the bottom of the sleeve and also wish there was a bit of padding on the straps where it comes in contact with your body. I do plan to close the bottom of that sleeve and the lack of padding isn't that big of a deal for me as the straps are still comfy. I would definitely purchase again and recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE my purchase! I’ve been on the search for a replacement backpack for years. I wanted something lightweight, no leather or canvas, classy, neutral color & functional. This meets all the criteria. The compartments (so many!!) are great as is the hook & adjustable straps. The side slots fit 14 & 20 ounce water bottles as well as a sunglass case or umbrella. I can fit something smaller like an umbrella in one side slot & either the 14 or 20 oz bottle on the other side WITH a Surface Pro and other stuff in the main compartment. The front mini pocket is perfect for keys, pens, gum, mints, chapstick, etc. The two side/front zipper slots are great for phones, passports, earphone cases, etc. The open front slot has been perfect for things that don’t need to be secured like masks, tissues, reusable shopping bags, etc. I appreciate the detachable (from the inside) zipper pouch with credit card slits. Also inside is another zipper compartment, large enough for a phone, wallet, granola bars. Plus there are 2 pouches deep enough for a phone, glasses, granola bars. I can fit a portfolio in the main bag. It’s tight but it fits. It also limits being able to carry a water bottle in the side slots. I normally carry in the main area a Kindle, junior size notebook, toiletry bag, and a small electronic pouch. The hook is perfect for hanging on hooks in restroom stalls, restaurant bars/tables & door knobs. It stands by itself nicely. The straps are smooth to adjust with the metal piece, yet don’t slip and are big enough to strap on chairs. The color is like a taupe/grey with a slight shimmer. Because of the shimmer, I feel like it’s too nice for hiking, yet perfect for every day use, field trips/travel, shopping, eating out, conferences.

Love this, bought as a gift, so can't speak to durability, but like other Baggallinis I've owned, seems durable. Only weird thing is a mystery strap across back that I can't figure out what purpose it has, maybe to keep straps from flapping when not used on back? ... but no biggie. Some reviewers don't like the handle on top, but I'm not sure it would be an issue, it's a good handle if holding bag by hand. Must say I haven't used it myself as it's a gift and haven't given it yet. May update with more thoughts later.

I really like this bag. It matches my handbag and is excellent quality. But the description both here at Amazon and on the tag on the bag itself say that it has a removable shoulder strap. There isn't a shoulder strap, and I can't find a place for one would be attached. So if that's not a problem for you, it's a great bag.

I‘ve been obsessively researching backpack purses as I’m recovering from a back injury and want to start the new year fresh when I’m able to go out again. I wanted a bag that could:- Be a “Goldie Locks” size where it’s not too big/not too small- Durable enough to travel with including water resistant- Be lightweight! I love leather but it can be the bulk of a bag’s weight unfortunately…- Be cool enough to bring to my job at an indie 35mm theater in LA- Be cute and fashionable while being subtle (I got the embossed leopard)- Feel high quality in its construction/be a “grown-up” bag where it doesn’t feel like it was made for a tween- A smart storage layout that utilizes every square inch…and I almost gave up my hunt until I found this backpack. It checks all the boxes. It’s beautifully constructed, from smooth zippers to intuitive design. I saw someone complain about the placement of the handle on top, but I actually like that it faces frontward because it feels it was designed for anti-theft. It can fold down so it’s not in the way.I will also say… I love little details. The fine red trim for the embossed leopard print and leather trim really elevates this bag for me. I honestly just feel like the perfect bag for me. Fits into my life no matter how I want to dress. It was love at first sight!

I bought this to use as my everyday purse when my daily crossbody got too heavy and started to hurt my neck and shoulder (I carry a lot of stuff). I've really liked it. It fits a ton of stuff but isn't too big. It's lightweight and comfortable, and I think it looks kind of chic, for what it is. I like having the security features for everyday use. Over all, it's a great little backpack.

I just purchased this backpack (I got the midnight blossom pattern) and used it for a day trip to a museum, that also included some light trail walking and walking around town shopping in light drizzle. It is perfect for my needs and exceeded my expectations. The size is just right for essentials - wallet, sunglasses, tissues - but I had room to stuff a hat and scarf inside with room to spare. I love that there are two really deep bottle pockets on each side. External and internal pockets are good. Definitely water proof, at least in light rain. The included RFID wallet is a very nice bonus; it holds the important cards and cash and it's nice to know that there is built in security. There is a back slip fabric thing to allow this to slide over the handle of a rolling suitcase for travelling. Very pleased and highly recommend.

This backpack was more than what I expected. Love the extra compartments and just the right size for me. The color was nicer than shown and the fact that it's water resistant is a bonus.

Tiene multitud de compartimentos muy prácticos y el tamaño perfecto, ni muy grande ni muy pequeña.
