The side of the box was torn down the side and because these are NOT individually wrapped, that concerned me. The box also seemed warped how cardboard sometime becames when exposed to dampness!!! But anyway even with all that THE PRODUCT STILL WORKED EXCELLENT PROTECTING FROM SMOKE. Today I grabbed one of these because I was going to be around smoke today. I COULD SEE ON THE OUTSIDE LAYER EVERYTHING THAT THIS PRODUCT STOPPED FROM REACHING MY LUNGS AND I WAS SO HAPPY! By the nise and mouth area on the mask was all that smoke on tbe mask NOT in my lungs!Also they have ZERO smell and very soft material and VERY thick ear bands. Dont forget to adjust the embedded metal nose piece across the top so that there isnt gaps between your nose and cheek. Metal nose piece RETAINS shape once you bend it. Its only on one side, the top side.

Bought to take with me on a business trip to Shanghai. Not sure how well it will protect me from bird flu, other people's germs, and pollution but these are soft and the elastic bands over the ears do not hurt. 50 count in a box. They look like the kind you see your dental hygienist wearing. I would buy again. PS Doesn't squish your nose and only slightly fogs up your glasses depending on how you position it. Not so good is realizing how much my breath stinks.

That is very responsive customer service.I admit to retrying the product. I am using two masks at a time. That DOES provide a noticeable improvement in effectiveness. And at the low price for 50 masks I am content with that. Plus the two masks can be reused several times without loosing their filtration benefits, further reducing the cost..So I am increasing the stars to four stars.Original Review:It is only marginally better than cheaper masks without the charcoal. You won't notice a significant improvement.

I got these for my business. I have a small cleaning business and some of the homes I clean for a move out are really bad. I bought these in hopes to keep me healthy and from breathing in dust and other contaminants. They fit fine and are comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Sent these to friends several miles downwind of a California wildfire. Received well, and luckily never had to escape the fire.

These work well. They fog up my glasses, but I just tape across the top portion to stop any air flow up to my glasses.

Bought a few to stock up. Works as intended but not as thick as one I used to own. Mayb moving up from 3-ply would be better. Price is amazing so I cant complain
