It's as shown in the picture but it's not really made for bigger butts.I purchased to hold up longer stockings, but I cant really use it as the back straps are the same length as the front and dont really allow for a butt curve.I might try again sometime soon to use it somehow else. But definitely not made for bigger women, or anyone with a butt really.
