We returned this product because I thought it would be taller & prettier. Not what I expected, do not buy.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift. It is adorable and very well made. The gift recipient loved it.

I ordered this as a Christmas present from my daughter. Traditionally she gets a nutcracker from "Santa" that commemorates some event or hobby from the year. When it arrived, the laptop was not attached and was floating around in the box. No time for returns, so thank goodness I am handy with a glue gun!

i got this for myself since i collect nut crackers. this is one id never seen before. he is very good condition only problem i have is the sticker on his computer showing the list wants to come off

Bought for my son who has collected nutcrackers since he was little and now works construction. Received it in time for Xmas but had a chip out of the front of his hat. We ended up keeping it and chalking it up as it being a construction guy. Disappointed however to receive it I’m not perfect condition after paying over $45 for it.

I have ordered a few of these Shepherd nutcrackers and they have been quite a disappointment. First off they come in a box with no bubble wrap or protective layer and they can easily bounce around in the box. Next, the paint job is awful. Some spots are not painted and other areas there is paint from one color onto other colors. Additionally there is chipped wood and/or deep scratches, mouths not matching up or won't close all the way, and hair & beards coming off and/or not evenly cut. They are a mess. I really wanted this type of design and this company is the only one that sell one like this for a reasonable price. I kept buying more of them in hopes that one of them would be better quality, but each one I received has multiple issues. I've even purchased other nutcrackers from this company and I have had the same issues with them as well. I refuse to buy anything from the company.

Quality is terrible! So disappointed when I got it. Box was mangled and her hair was glued on badly. Her face ain't was poorly done. Very bad quality. Looked like something my child tried to make in a crafting class . Returned it immediately!
