Winterial 40-Ounce (Oz) Insulated Water Bottle, Vacuum Sealed Double Walled Thermos to Keep Your Drink Hot or Cold

Firstly I am a mail man in a very hot state. My mail truck can reach temps up to 120 degrees on a normal day.I have bought 3 of these so far for family members because I like it so much and will buy another when I need it. Here is a quick unbiased review.Pro's:Large size to have enough water for a decent period of time.Holds ice for up to 24 hours in a climate controlled condition (A/C Building)Holds ice for up to 4 -8 hours in extreme heat ( Mail truck)Very Durable. I have dropped it and let the bottle roll around my mail truck with no damage except for scratches.Keep in mind the ices longevity directly reflects on how much you open your bottle and let the cool air out.The colored ones scratch eventually. I beat the crap out of mine though so it is expected. I bought the blue, pink and stainless steel colored bottles so far and the blue one shows some signs of wear after about 2 months (This is my postal truck bottle.)The pink one has maintained the paint well but it gets used very softly and is just losing the coloring around the ring where the bottom touches the ground.The stainless steel one looks brand new no damage.

This review is mainly for the cap / lid, which is cheaply made and a huge disapointment. I have orded both the 64 and 40 oz bottles, which are fantastic, and the caps for both are broken. I just got the 40 oz bottle on 11/22/16, and as of today, 11/24/16, the cap is busted. I am disapointed that such a quality bottle is sold with such a cheap lid.

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE my 40 oz. bottle. I am in 7th grade and got my bottle about a year ago. I have always trusted it to keep my water cold and my ice frozen throughout the day. I especially love how long it lasts because it is still icy cold during my PE class which is later in the day when it gets hot. I have covered mine in stickers from all over and I constantly get comments about it. The only issue that I've had is that the piece that connects the lid to the bottle has broken off. It has made it a bit hard to hold. Other than that, this bottle is amazing! I would highly recommend this bottle to anyone looking for a good bottle.

One major PRO with the Winterial is it doesn't sweat. Another pro is it doesn't leak (as long as you screw the cover on tight). One CON is it doesn't fit in auto cup holders and I haven't found a place to set it while I drive if I have passengers. PRO: The size works out great for me as I work a job doing a lot of walking around mostly outside (Florida...hot...drink lots of water) so I don't have to keep refilling it as often. It does keep the water cold for a long time. I had read some reviews that it keeps ice in it for a really long time and that hasn't happened with mine. I fill the water bottle half way with average size freezer ice cubes and within an hour they are melted. The water does stay cold though for many hours. I can't say how long as I am refilling it usually about every three hours or less. I do keep the bottle indoors. I haven't tried leaving it outside yet to see if it will stay cold in the heat. I had purchased a different brand, half the size, about a year ago and that did keep the ice overnight. That brand didn't have a larger size and that is why I went with Winterial.

This is the BEST water bottle (thermos) I have ever used! I just received the pink (vibrant) and I'm in love! I filled it with ice and added filtered water to keep at my desk at work - love the large size, so I don't have to refill throughout the day. I left for the day and, the next morning, I went to refill it and it still had ice in it from the previous day!! I prefer icy cold water, and I was simply amazed that the ice lasted 24 hours! Who knows when it would have melted completely!! Love the crepe-like texture of the exterior - no slippage. Very well made product - sturdy and appears very durable. This would be a great gift for travelers. If it keeps my drinks cold, I'm sure that it would keep my drinks just as hot (and for a very long time). Your search for the perfect thermos is over.

Item keeps drinks ice cold all day and even into the next day......Love it. No sweating when it's full; I replaced the top with a flip top sipping lid and I like that for easy sipping. I also bought a flip up straw lid for it, too, but prefer the regular sipping lid. I put in a lot less ice than normal to cut down on the number of times I have to add water to the bottle since the ice doesn't melt very fast and keeps the water cold on much less ice. Love it.

This is actually a 4.5, but there is no option for a half star.The lost of a star is due to practically no insulation at the cap. I crafted a sort of an upside-down koozie and that helped a lot. With that help, on a summer day my hot tea was still very warm after 24 hours. I also have an original Thermos (the same size) for comparison. Thermos is better, no doubt, but the top insulation isn't perfect either.Did not try it for cold drinks, but had it full of ice and almost none melted in 24 hours, without the koozie.

I haven't had any issues with it so far, and it's been doing its job. I mostly drink cold water and have noticed that the ice will stay in the bottle for about 24 hours. Hot water has lasted about ~8 hours. I've read in the other reviews that the lid easily breaks, which I can understand because you have to push the lid away from the mouth when you want to take a drink. I researched and found that there are replacement lids sold on their website for $5.I bought the orange color and it's vibrant. I love it! The outside of the bottle is a little rough which is nice so it won't slip from your hands.

Great product, exactly what I was looking for! Needed larger size for work.

We went to the zoo and it was crazy hot and I burned like dinner when I forget to set a timer, but the ice in this bottle was still frozen when we got home, after about 8 hours.

I love the insulation of this bottle. It keep water warm and cold as advertised. However, the external materials used all fall short. The rubber hand broken within 2 months.

SO AMAZING. Even better than hydro flask and FRACTION of price. Seriously the best thing ever. I also buy straw lid and the combo is a must have. Love this thing.

Great water bottle! We've only had issues with the cap. Completely tight seal except for the thin plastic piece that connects the cap and the ring to the bottle.

I wish the bottle had some type of a non-slip grip. I was happy with the bottle until one day I tried to throw away a little bit of water left in the bottle.

I'm kinda new to using these type of bottles but being one the first times that I have tried one, I was impressed. Have been using it working out every since.

Writing this review after a few months of use. I bought this bottle to use in my office and minimize trips to get water.

I've had this bottle for roughly a little over two weeks and the black lid connector thing broke already. Pretty disappointed.

Affordable and durable, this water bottle really maintains the temperature of the liquids I've put inside it, from ice water to hot coffee.
