WARNING BE VERY CAREFUL
I made a very big mistake and kept this product on overnight and ended up with seriously burned feet. I read one of the reviews that said they had wrapped feet in saran wrap and went to bed. DO NOT DO THIS. I got a good amount of callus removed but don't know how long it will take for my feet to heal I'm not blaming the product.....it was my stupidmistake.

Yes!
Used for the first time today. Other reviews suggested wearing gloves and I don’t have any so I just tied a plastic bag over my hand, worked fine for me. My feet were terrible, flaky and caked with dead skin. I need change, I want to have cute soft feet, it’s bad when your boyfriend has softer feet than you. So I soaked my feet for 10 minutes, applied the gel, let that sit for 5 minutes, soaked feet again and used a foot scraper thingy. I’m happy with the results. I can’t wait to not have those lines on the bottom of my feet.

Works like it says it will
Everything everyone else said - this is an easy, fast way to essentially remove callouses and other dead skin from feet while leaving the living, healthy skin undamaged. I hate how rough and scratchy feet get in late summer, and it gets worse with age. Regular salon pedicures only do so much. I've considered the "baby foot peel" but I dislike the idea of dealing with two weeks of peeling skin.Based on what I read about other's experiences - including the instructions being covered by an inventory label! they need to stop doing that - this is the process I followed: 1) left ON my old toenail polish 2) in a foot tub, soaked in hot water with essential oils for several minutes 3) used rubber gloves to apply gel to bottom and sides of feet as well as around the toenails 4) rested with feet propped up for about 4 minutes 5) rinsed in foot tub 6) with gloves still on, used a file and then a pumice to (easily) remove dead skin and callouses from the bottom and sides of the feet 7) used a manicure tool to remove dead cuticle skin 8) scrubbed everything with a nail brush 9) rinsed and washed feet 10) removed what was left of toenail polish with polish remover 11) dried and moisturized feet.Very happy with results - all the dried/crusty/yellow flesh is gone and foot skin is pink and pretty smooth. Still a little bit of roughness, so I may try again in a few days. Will definitely continue to use this product.

Works fast! But be careful
Works fast! But be careful. I used gloves and put a small amount all over my foot and heel, then waited 3 minutes. The amount of skin that came off was amazing - I've never seen that much come off at one time before. On my big toe I pushed a little too hard and I actually have a raw spot that's bleeding a little bit. I shouldn't have let that part sit as long as my heel.

Before and after pics speak for themselves
Amazing. Now I know the first pic is gross but that just shows how bad my feet were, scrubbing, pedicures, soaking all just made it worse until I found this cream! I mean it seriously shows In the pics. The other big thing I noticed was how soft my feet were after using it! Too bad you can't tell that from the picture. Idk what makes this work so well but it's a miracle! And yes definitely wear gloves and you're good to go

Love Love Love
Best foot callus remover I have ever used! I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing this product. Most callus removers I have purchased in the past were not very effective. So I was encouraged by the reviews. I saw that a lot of reviewers mentioned to be very careful not to leave it on longer than 3 or 4 minutes. So I was careful the first time I used it and still had a spot on my pinkie toe where too much skin had been removed and caused a little sore spot. My feet were the softest they have ever been. I would recommend scrubbing your feet with a pumice scrubber before using the remover. However, do not leave the remover on your feet for longer than the recommended time. You will regret it!

Very strong product. Use gloves! Works like a charm though
The directions are super easy to follow. I soaked them in hot water for 15 mins. Scrubbed them with a rock. Then I used my hands and applied this gel like product. So far so good.... that was until my finger skin started to changed. My hands looked as if they had been in water for 3 hours. I had deep indentations and were burning. I stated to freak out bcus the product does not easily wash off. It’s like slime. I even used dawn dish soap to cut the product off. You can get a hard scrub and you still can’t get grip. The product slides everything off of you. Makes it all slippery. I failed to take the instructions seriously and I suffered for it. Please use gloves when applying and DO NOT PUT THIS PRODUCT ON HEALTHY FOOT SKIN. Just apply it on the callus. The product works like a charm. Once u apply and finally take it off your feet. A stone won’t work. This stuff leave a very slimy residue that makes it hard to have any friction. Just wash it off good and calluses are gone in day 1.

This stuff This stuff works, but be careful! works
This stuff works, but be careful! I couldn't be bothered to sit with my feet in the bath for an hour, so I applied the stuff directly to my toe. I was working on my PC, and forgot about my toe. There was no pain, but after 20 minutes I checked. The stuff was strong enough to burn some skin off my toe. I cleaned off the stuff and stuck a plaster on. I found I could walk, bathe etc normally, so I waited a few days for the toe to heal. After a few days I was able to peel off the hard skin. I'll be using this product again.

Good product but only for tough and thick callouses
This stuff works wonderful. I've had bad callouses since I was a kid and even pedicures can't get rid of them. They got to the point of being really painful. I used this and left it on for 5 minutes. Softened up the callouses enough that when I used the callous file my feet look like the feet I've never seen before.I went to aggressive though and took good skin off and bleed, but that's my own fault. You will need a callous file to remove the dead skin.Edit: I have had this little gem for think 9 months now. I've only used it twice. Once when I got it. Once a few weeks later to get my feet where I really wanted them to be and once yesterday to help freshen them up.One warning: if your callouses are not rock hard, you do not need to use this for 5-10 minutes. The cream causes tingling which stays after washing and after using a callous remover tool to shave the dead skin off. My feet never were a normal kind of soft, as a kid I used to use the pool a lot, then as a teen i used to walk everywhere, then as a young adult i went into the labor industry and and then I went to an office where I wore heels almost daily. I have always had calloused heels and often will get cracks in them, I always have. So this cream in conjunction with the callous removing tool really help a ton and with removing those callouses I actually feel so much more comfort than I've ever felt with walking but I caution use of this cream, do not overuse it. If you only have some light callouses... you wont need it.

Highly recommended!
Must read the previous reviews as they are very helpful. It smells a bit like a hair dye or perm solution but I guess it’s ammonia to soften the skin. Didn’t have gloves so used a cling film on one hand but will recommend using gloves which I will do next time. It gives unpleasant sting if it gets on soft skin (Just like a hair dye). I did one foot at the time. Applied it only on the hard skin. I left the gel on for 5 min, scraped the hard skin off with the edge of a metal nail file as I didn’t want anything sharp and the edge of the metal file was perfect. Came off like a butter. Cleansed, dried the foot then applied it again for 5 min. That way I made sure I didn’t burn the soft skin. Wash your hands and feet with soap and water afterwards. Some stubborn hard skin still there but will repeat in a week or so for sure.

Doesn’t remove hard skin
Smooths feet, doesn’t remove hard skin. My feet aren’t even bad, I just want them baby soft. I have some hard skin on the side of my big toes, the side of my feet and my heels. Not major thick hard skin just hard skin, however it’s usually more rough in texture than the rest of my foot and doesn’t stay moisturised. This callous remover I’ve used 3 times and it’s not doing anything. Not sure why, I have soaked my feet for literally 40 minutes and left the solution on even way longer than I should (20 mins) and still does nothing. Only thing that’s changed is my skin in those areas are smoother, nothing that the foot file can’t do on its own so it was probably due to that, and I was skeptical even having to use the file as using that is what has given me this hard skin in the first place. Don’t waste £30 on this just use foot peels or dr scholl callus remover pads which work way better and you don’t have to use a file which causes my hard skin to grow back worse after.

Not sure about the product yet
Not sure about this product. Heard so many wonderful reviews about how fantastic it is. But after doing 1 foot, I haven't seen a big improvement. I might not be using enough of the product though. I'm on next foot and used some more so let's see. I haven't smelt the bad smell that reviewers have mentioned either.
