Liberta Indiana Bird Cage

This cage is the biz. Very roomy for my two budgies who have just spent the last half hour exploring it. They have now settled down for a good tidy of their feathers.....obviously quite happy. It arrived in jig time, far earlier than anticipated. Well done Amazon. Everything was there and unbroken and was easy peasy to put it together. Basically it just unfolds then the top pops on. Tray takes the largest sand sheet and it so easy to slide out to clean. I didn't use the metal grid for the bottom. Budgies like to wander about the forest floor, not a metal grid, but know some people like it. It has a large centre door so you can leave it open if your budgies have free flight time, but you will need a landing platform of some kind for them to alight on. There is also a sliding door in the main door and this is useful if you are just popping something into the cage or removing it and don't want your wee birds to escape. The seed and grit holders are fine but you will need either a clip on water cup or plastic one that clips on the side of the cage. Remember to site this near a perch so they can reach it easily to drink from. There is plenty of room for their toys but mine spend a lot of energy and time shrieking and telling the sparrows outside what they'd do to them if they ever meet !! so the toys at the moment are a bit redundant. Am so glad I bought this cage. They escaped from my Vision cage.....too big a space between the bars and if they can get their heads out......the rest will follow. So be aware of this when cage buying for wee budgies.

Was a bit worried when I ordered this that it wouldn't be big enough for my budgie, so I was delighted when I went into the pet shop and was told its big enough for two budgies.Has plenty of space and room for fun, as well as horizontal bars for your budgie to cling onto.Also the pull out draw is fantastic, and makes cleaning much easier.

The measurements are wrong on this item, it stated it’s 470mm high but that is without the base. In total it is actually 560mm

The cage itself is exactly what I wanted. Great size for my one tiny budgie, lots of room for perches and toys. I've only used one of the perches supplied because birds need perches of different sizes - 3 the same is of no use to me.I love the big door - really easy to get access which makes taming and cleaning a much easier task.However, the packaging on this item is TERRIBLE. No padding, bubble wrap, not even a plastic bag inside. Just literally squeezed into a cardboard box - squeezed so hard the cage arrives bent and you have to straighten it out before you can build it. It's not difficult to sort out, but I've rarely seen such bad packing!Also, because of the lack of protection, I have noticed several area of rust on some joints which I'll now have to protect at my own expense I guess to make it safe. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until the budgie was already settled in there or I would have returned it.Otherwise, it's a great cage - just remember to check it thoroughly before accepting delivery or using it.

Ordered this as a spare bedtime cage for my cockatiel so didn't want anything massive but with a large door & this seems to be just nice (a lil extra width without to much height) though I wish the depth was a lil moreBut in all looks like a good cage for my purposePleasantly Arrived very quickly :)Took me less than ten minutes to assemble- was a lil surprised as one of the previous reviews mentions there's "no pull out tray"?Well I'm really pleased to say mine does have a pull out tray 😊

Nice cage with attractive detail on doors. Doors make easy access to food pots. Comes flat pack but easy to construct. Fast delivery.

its fab closed in bars roomy theres nothing to dislike good quality does have large door which i like makes it easier to do things trixie loves it plenty room for toys
