Love
Bought this during the pandemic for apartment workouts. I didn’t have sand at the time, so I filled it with water, which added a really good balance aspect to my workouts! Great quality and would highly recommend.

Great workout tool. Time will tell how it holds up.
I bought the bag with water inserts that go up to 105 lbs. It's about the size of a large gym bag/duffle. Squished down, it took about the same space as a medium shoe box. Bags seemed well made and were a bit tough to open/close which I actually consider a good thing in regards to not popping open. I just wedged a quarter between the lid and opening and spun it to get it to open.I brought this from sea level up to Denver with me and used it for circuits which really kicked my butt coupled with the altitude. I filled each bag a little under the fill lines and used either 2 or 3 in it at a time for 50-75lbs during the workout. It feels a little on the empty side with only two bags but you can put a towel or something in it to help. The bags themselves don't shift too much surprisingly. Water has a very different feel from sand which was interesting. My shoulders and core were sore after using it despite being pretty accustomed to sand bag work. The water rushes side to side much faster than sand and tests your core strength.I subtracted 1 star because after only 3 workouts some of the stitching started stretching where the handles attach to the bag. That was nothing too serious as the stitching goes around the bag but then one of the pads/piping in the handles also gave out which made one of the handles want to bend into a 'V' shape when used. It didn't hurt my hand and won't keep me from using it but I am curious how it will hold up in the long run. Keep in mind that I only had it filled 75% of it's max capacity which wasn't even for most of my workouts. I didn't do any slamming on the ground either. For a sand/water bag, this is well priced but still not a cheap accessory. I travel a fair deal and will continue to use it even at home. If the 4 star remains, then it hasn't exploded and the handles are still intact.PS. I flew back with a few extra things which I put in the sandbag and checked. It's actually a great medium luggage size so you can cut down on packing space even more. Might be a bit long for hand carry if you fill it completely though. I used a cheap backpacking bag liner to protect the handles from getting caught.

Durable and functional! Needs better water intake cap design however.
Awesomely portable and durably built! My only complaint is the cheap plastic handles used on the water bag caps. These will inevitably break after 4 or 5 fillings. Hopefully I can get replacements sent to me because the water bags themselves seem pretty well made.

OK, but not great.
Initially, I was pretty pleased with this product. It seemed pretty tough after trying a few different workouts with it. However, one of the sand bags have already blown through the seams (I've used it like 5 times), which is pretty disappointing. I followed the instructions (no filling beyond the line, giving a few inches of space at the top, no packing of the sand, no throwing the bags down, etc.). It seems that the bags absolutely can NOT be dropped whatsoever, even from a reasonable height like the hips. Unfortunately, that can be somewhat hard not to do when using heavier amounts of weight and certain moves.Overall, if you're super careful with these and fill the bags up even less than the company suggests, you'll probably be fine using these. They aren't terrible for the price. However, if you're looking for something more serious that can withstand tough workouts, I would go for a better brand (ex. Rogue) and pay some more money.
