First I should point out that I put myself through school as a mill wright in a steel mill and have a great deal of skill and knowledge of mechanics. This was a bad design in the choice of materials, the tube is made of thin wall aluminum tubing with fine pitch threads. I realized it would take a great deal of care not cross thread the tube. When I loaded the grease from a grease cartridge when I pulled the cap off, the plunger piston shot across the room. the handle had not be tighten down enough during factory assembly. The first time I used it the connector got stuck on the zerk fitting and needed to be pried of with a slotted screw driver. When I set it down the back cap popped off the barrel and being loaded with grease made on heck of a mess. When I loaded it a second time, the cap with the pump blew off the tube, at least I had it pointed in the trash can when it blew it's grease out.

The fittings are of poor quality and failed attempting to grease a riding mower wheel zerks. The straight pipe threads failed due to poor machining and poor quality soft metal. Additionally, the coupler failed to operate properly..Bad sourcing of Flex Hose, Pipe and Coupler due to substandard materials and production quality control! Also, insertion of the tube plunger is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! (Immediate refund was a Plus)

This is a great grease gun. It would get 5 stars except that it is rather lightly built. It is fine for light duty, but I'm not sure it would stand up to heavy duty use/abuse. Since it is light and because of the way it is designed, it is great for hard to reach places. When you replace a cartridge, it is so simple to get the air out. I will probably buy another so that I will not have to change cartridges when I need a different type of grease.

Broke in 2 spots company contacted me and offered agreeable solution to make it right good company what more can u ask for other then for them to stand behind their product witch they do

I have several grease guns used on cars, trucks, and construction tractors. This is the best of the lot. It has worked great from the start and does not leak. The rubber grip on the tube makes it easy to hold onto. The tip grabs the fitting and does not pop off like one of my other guns.

Super price and works as it should. Didn’t feel like spending a ton on a tool that I won’t use that much.

not happy with it the first time using it I had to do sum tapping on it just to get it going an this time adding a new tube it just won't work .

Kinda cheap

The gun appears to be built well. The problem I ran into was the plunger would not go into the grease cartridge either because the plunger is new and needs to get worked in or the diameter is just too big to accommodate the thickness of the grease cartridge. I had to scoop the grease out of the cartridge and fill up the gun by hand.

Love this grease gun. Grabs onto grease nipples really well with the included attachment. By far the best manual grease gun I’ve ever owned.
