EL-50448 Customer Questions & Answers: EL-50448 Customer Questions & Answers: Q1: What vehicles will EL-50448 work on? have a chevy colorado Also, I have read that there is a reset procedure for 2012 and earlier GM vehicles that does not require a reset tool, so you may not need this device at all. Q2: Which GM automobiles will EL-50448 TPMS work on? A2: Only GM vehicles around 2003 to present. Q3: Will it work on a ford expedition xlt 2006 , thanks A3: No, this is for General Motors vehicles only. Q4: Does it work on BMWs? A4: It worked on my BMW motorcycle, which uses Schrader brand TPMS sensors in the tires, so I would guess the BMW auto would be the same. There are some weird tricks you will need to look up, for example, on my Suzuki automobile, you have to follow a procedure including which tire to start out at and which one you end at - so I am sure it must be similar for BMW. Q5: Will this el-50448 tpms work on 2014 hyundai vehicles? plan on installing new snow tires and rims for the winter.

This works perfect.
I ordered this programming tool for my new 2018 Buick Envision. The new winter tires had to be programmed. I purchased a programming tool from Amazon, but it didn't work. I returned it, and found this one and thought I'd give it a try. It worked perfect and all other reviews indicated the same. This is the same brand as the one GM sells for $78. I paid 21.99 and now is on sale for 16.99 even better. Extremely happy with this product.

Perfect for Chevy products
Works perfect with both our 2018 Silverado and 2018 Cruze. A bit of a learning curve as to where to place the unit next to the tire, antenna right up next to the stem, and timing as you walk around the vehicle clockwise starting at the front drivers tire. But otherwise a great purchase. Saves us $30 programming fee each tire change over.

Allow time moving from one wheel to the next!
Worked fine with itm brand uni-sensor aftermarket tpms sensors provided by PMC Tire for winter tire/wheel packages on 2018 Cruze and also a 2018 Buick Encore. (After I figured out that you need to wait a bit before proceeding to trigger the next tpms sensor. If you move on too quickly from one wheel to the next, the horn sounds twice before you get to the 4th wheel and you have to start over.)

Facile d’Utilisation

Works perfectly to wake the TPMS sensors on my BMW R1200 GS
Thanks to a feedback from another buyer I bit the bullet and bought one of those to try waking up the TPMS sensors on my 2010 BMW R1200GS and this tool worked beautifully. It saved me trips every time I was testing them plus I can use it to get the module on the bike to relearn new sensors.

TPMS Reset Tool
I am not a fan of TPMS, I live in a country where you have to change your tires twice a year. All seasons to snow and back again. You have to have senors installed in the snow rims. I some times change the wheels myself. I am able to reset the TPMS with this tool and don't have to relay on my friendly GM dealer.

Worked flawlessly!
Fast shipping, great price and worked perfectly on the first try. My new Canyon dropped a sensor after a few days. I relearned the sensors with this tool, and no issues for weeks! I even relearned my wife's car sensors after a tire rotation. Very easy to use, would recommend to anyone with a GM vehicle.

2016 Chevrolet Silverado
This unit was compatible with my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab High Country. Unit placement was to place the black antenna knob up against the rim, directly beneath the valve stem. Worked perfectly.

Showed up as advertised
Just add batteries. The hardest part was locating what actions are required to put your specific vehicle into learning mode.

Works great!
Needed the TPMS reprogramming tool for my winter tires set. This one seemed to have the best reviews, so I had got one. Worked like charm on my 2015 Buick Verano. Just followed the procedure in my car's manual and it was all done under 2 minutes.
