Possible Improvements...Capsules weird taste
I wanted to give you enough time before providing a review. I have been taking this as prescribed on the bottle for about 10 days. I decided to give this a try for a few reasons. I have a knee that gives me issues from time to time, I am in menopause and Magnesium was something suggested to take as a supplement. I do notice that I am not waking up multiple times during the night sweats or insomnia). I work out about 5 days a week alternating with upper/lower and full body days. Since my knee lets me know that it's not happy with lunges/steps ups or anything focused I've been gentle with it. But today is the first day doing a side lunge (with light weights) and I haven't had an issue, I will still continue to review as time progresses - to ensure this isn't just mental sabotage, it's the long run for me. It is a vegetable capsule, so if you are sensitive to the taste of your capsule - be aware, there is a taste that is noticeable.

3 types of Magnesium
Can't get enough magnesium - after a CRAZY period of calf cramps while doing an elimination diet for allergies a year or 2 ago I have a pretty high requirement and can tell easily when I'm not obtaining what I need. I could even feel my heart starting to cramp back in that era, was really scary, but pointed me to how magnesium-deficient our diets are anyway especially since it's missing from the soil in the levels it used to be present.I take it in 3 different forms as magnesium is required for so many chemical reactions in our body, but this formula has one form I haven't been taking until now - the Mag Taurine, or ATA Mg. It's good for the brain, like the Mag Threonate I use, but I read it's specifically supposed to be helpful for recovering from head trauma. The other 2, the Mag Glycinate and Mag Malate are my other 2 favorite and most bioavailable, more for muscles/aches/tension/anxiety/sleep. This is a very well-rounded magnesium blend, and in the future I could switch to it and eliminate 2 of the other 3 I currently buy, will see at the end of the bottle what feels right.I began taking this a few nights ago, as I recently switched the brand of Mg Glycinate I'm taking and it's also slightly less dose than the old brand. I wasn't getting calf cramps YET but was getting a nighttime twitching and tight feeling in my legs that's the precursor. Since adding one of these at night it's gone. The dose is 1 twice a day, but as I'm taking so much other Mag I thought I'd just need half a dose of this one and that was true.Enzymedica is a trusted brand to me - I regularly take their SerraPeptase enzymes and have taken their HCl in the past too. If you're trying to figure out a good form of magnesium to take, this combines 3 bioavailable forms of it and I think is a great place to start - not medical advice, but I am a chiropractor and have obviously had to spend a little time digging into the benefits of magnesium for personal reasons as well as clinical.UPDATE: I didn't realize that I left these OUT of the pillbox for nighttime and within 2 days of not using them ended up with dancing/twitching calves at night and day 3 the cramps were starting to seize when I realized what I did! As soon as I took one the morning I awoke and put it all together, instant calm and relief. I'm updating my Magnesium agenda to include the full dose of these, 1 twice a day, and round it out with my other single-Mg capsules: Malate, Glycinate, Threonate. These seem to pack more Mg into the same-sized capsule so I'll keep experimenting as my current needs seem to be just shy of 1000 mg of Mg a day to avoid cramping. Also - if you take zinc, take a few hours apart from Mg as they can compete with each other for absorption. And it's good to take vitamin D or fish oils with Mg.
