I'm coming from the mcdavid basic elastic elbow sleeve. These sleeves have good breathability, movement, and seamless stitching. So far it's been holding up. I recommend sizing up. Following the size chart was just too tight for me.

Good item BUT sizes run small and too tight.So order next size up.

This product only comes in S, M, and L (up to 13.4" elbow). My elbow measures ~14" and I have some minor swelling in the forearm after a distal biceps surgery (three weeks ago). I found the Large sleeve very tight and difficult to put on: it needed to be put on inside-out and upside-down, then rolled up over the elbow and biceps. Even then, the seamed ends cut sharply into my forearm and biceps. So, if they had offered one, I probably would be much happier with an extra large (XL).Regardless, for the price it seems like a decent product, but I question the integrity of the material where the breathable mesh panels blend into the main compression body of material. I'd recommend hand washing and air drying these.In the end, I will keep these in my workout kit for the day in the future when I'm back to full biceps function and the swelling has reduced. I hope to find them useful then. In the meantime, I'm looking for another full-length sleeve offered in an XL size.

These sleeves greatly help me with when I am doing my workout. The compression really helps with my arthritis too. Not a bad sleeve for the price, but too undersized on the bicep/triceps

Did not work for me. Top always rolled down no matter how I adjusted it. The result was that it cut of circulation so I couldn't wear it for any length of time.
