Liked the product but it didn’t sort out the problem which is the fault of recorder not the product

VHS players are dinosaurs by this point and a lot of big brands no longer produce quality head cleaners. There are a few no-name VHS cleaners on the market. Some are okay, though have a limited life-span (the one pictured), some are evidently very cheaply produced and of no use to anyone. On this occasion, the product I ordered was different to the product that arrived. The product that arrived was falling apart. The product that arrived would not play in my VHS player. The product that arrived is clearly intended as a plastic memorial to the £5 I would still have if I hadn't been sent an inferior product.

We had a video that wouldn't play used this tape cleaner and it worked like new the amount of dust it picked up was amazing

I bought two as I had a lot of videos to clean one of them broke within the hour I haven't tried the second one yet

Apart from feeling cheap and flimsy, when I tried to play the tape I got a loud buzzing noise and found the tape got chewed up. So I wound it on and rewound it to tighten it and tried it again, but got the same result.
