Puzzled
There's no denying this is a well-made puzzle that will help your children learn not only counting but also shape-sorting as they place each number in the correct place. My only wish would be that once the numbers are in place, there was some way to keep them there (or for the puzzle to have a box/bag to store them) - not everyone has the room to store puzzles flat, and it's a pain having to search for all the pieces (yes, I realise there aren't actually that many) every time your child wants to play with it.

Educational and eco-friendly
This counting puzzle is a hit with my toddler. The colorful wooden numbers and matching tactile dots not only make learning numbers fun but also improve color and shape recognition. The quality of this wooden toy is impressive, and I appreciate that it's eco-friendly. The puzzle includes 10 number figures and a wooden base board, providing hands-on learning that keeps my child engaged. It's a fantastic gift option for toddlers, and I'm pleased with the safety standards it adheres to. If you're looking to introduce your child to numbers and shapes in an enjoyable way, this puzzle is a top choice.

Brilliant
I got this for my 3-year-old nephews, having previously bought Le Toy Van products for my own son when he was an infant. This is really high quality and you can be confident that it will be safe for them to play with. The number shapes are good and chunky, perfect for little hands, while the colours are attractive and arranged in spectrum order.Toys from this company tend to last for a long time and will last long enough to be handed down multiple times. Even when it eventually wears out, you won’t have the guilt of polluting the planet with plastics. The packaging is minimal, with just a cardboard box and a bit of tissue paper. The whole thing can either be recycled, repurposed or disposed of with the minimum of environmental harm.

Great finish and a fun and educational toy.
Le Toy Van is a new brand to me and if all their toys are of the quality that this number board is then it is certainly a brand I will be buying again and again. The board and numbers a re wooden but have been finished off to a high standard so there are no worries of any loose splinters or rough edges. The numbers are big and chunky so no worries of choking. The colours are vibrant too so they are appealing for the little ones. This not only provides fun but is also educational which I love to find in the toys I buy. This full marks from me cost is spot on and quality is exceptional.

It is handmade...finishing touches missing
Lovely, bright and colourful. Smooth outline for each numerical cut-out and the board. The numerical shapes inside the box are clearly not held in position. As soon as I received my parcel, I could hear the shapes rattling inside. The district sound of wood clattering around. Some of them had been damaged, paint chipped (see pictures). It will likely worsen with little ones bashing them about, but still would have been nice to see some thought on this. The inside of the values for 6, 4, 9, 8 and 0 had not been completely smoothed out. Wood was rough, though not sharp that it would cause harm (see pictures)Price was £14.76 at the time. Pros/cons+ Beautiful colours- Lacking that final touch.

Great for my toddler
The color and size of these pieces are great, perfect for little hands. Sturdy and easy to wipe clean, my daughter loved playing with these as numbers are currently her favorite. They lay high above the board so they are easy to pick up and I love the matching color underneath. Though the dots for them to count were a little small and blended with the pastel color making it hard to notice.I thought the board was a great size, not too big as this is for toddlers, and not too small that these could easily fit in a mouth. Both my kid and I loved these and they make a great present.

Just as described!
This number puzzle is so sturdy and well built and I greatly appreciate that the pieces are large enough that there is no choking worry at all. My 14mo grandson loves it and it will grow with him as he gains the dexterity to put the pieces in place by himself. Perfect for fine motor, color and number recognition!

Not their best toy but still fun
We’re familiar with this brand from boutique baby/kid stores and have to say this number board is a little underwhelming compared to their other offerings. As with their other toys, the pieces come wrapped in branded tissue paper and the pieces are protected during shipping. However, the construction of the pieces and board could be improved. The numbers stamped on the wood board are not straight or aligned in the centered (mom’s pet peeve). The wood numbers are a good size for little hands but the inside edges are not perfectly sanded with some rough spots or imperfect paint. I don’t see a safety risk but it might be uncomfortable for little fingers and I will need to watch if the baby is able to take the paint off. My kids seem to like the letter/number puzzles that have little knobs for them to grab rather than having to grab the whole number. I think it’s easier for them to see what they have in their hand and what shape/color they are trying to match it to. Overall this board isn’t very large but I also don’t think it’s too small (about 6”x11”). For the price, I’m not sure I would impulsively buy this for my kids or as a frequent present. If someone had this on their registry to match other Le Toy Van toys, I think that would be fine to go ahead and get it. It’s a cute gift, the kids like it and the zero allows us to count bigger numbers. Just wish its construction was a little more refined for the price.

Cute, gender neutral toy! A little smaller than expected
I actually *like* that it's a little smaller than expected, because this can be used on a highchair or easily stuffed into Mom's backpack for travel. It has removable parts that can get lost, but I knew that when I ordered it.It appears to be high quality and I don't have any concerns about lead paint or similar, which is always something I think about when ordering for a baby which is 100% going to put things in its mouth. Basically this is exactly as pictured - no nasty surprises vis a vis splintery wood or anything similar. This is a good basic toy and as a plus it's multi colored and not pink or blue so it will work as a baby shower gift when the gender of the child is unknown. I'm not quite sure why this is 18+ months since the numbers are large enough NOT to be a choking hazard in my opinion. I would order this again.

Details are not well controlled
It's a good set to let kids learn numbers. But the details are really not good. The big issue to me is the surface is not smooth enough. My son can put his fingers through the holes and you can see from the picture it's too rough. The paint also peeled off.
