Not even a year old....
And I need replacement parts. The poles are so flimsy that even just one accidental tug and you have them broken in half. There's no saving them once they're broken. To top it off, I can't even find out where to contact the MFG to get replacement poles as I had to get rid of half the poles on one side. It's horrible and I need better customer service.Anyone know how I can get hold of them for parts?????

It sucked ...do not buy this!
Was not sturdy at all ...one tiny touch and the entire thing moved. I was scared it would not support light curtains.
