The media could not be loaded. Maybe I got a bad one, but when I finally figured out how to use it by trial & error, mine was very weak. I've had tens units before that were way (way) stronger than this - you can't even see my stomach muscles moving on the highest setting! Disappointed - sending back.

I purchased this product in January and began using it regularly after it arrived. I have noticed changes in both my arms and stomach. My wife has too. She wants me to purchase one for her. The nice thing about it is that it works muscles but does not make you sweat. I am pleased and will have to get one for my wife.

This was initially easy to use but after about 5 uses, the gel looses its stickiness rending useless unless you figure out somewhat to adhere the belts to your mid-section. So the belt works while it lasts.

From most comments, the gel could be better, a better way to tell if the packs are charged, instead of the light going out, I normally charge new items before use, mine went out within 15 minutes, so not sure if it was already charged or not. Could use some better instructions. What are the mode settings? Different patterns? and the intensity level of 19 could be better. If this is equivalent to situps, then definitely a fail. I worn this during my 60 minute walk and could not feel any difference.

I have inly had this for a week and already the gel pads have either curled or do not stick any longer. This is bad to happen only after a week of use. Then I search the internet and find out that these gel pads are not replaceable. Well there goes $70 down the drain. Not even 10 days old and half of the pads to not stick any longer.Maybe consider a different device because this one is not reliable.

What a disgrace of a product. The product looked like it charged as, after a while, the red lights went off.The adhesive would not stick to skin, even though I had no cream or other products on the skin.The arm pieces would not even go around my arms, and I am very thin! What a disgraceful piece of ***t!I was busy and did not try product until today. What a waste of money!!!

These are awesome. I'm a disabled Veteran. I can't work out like I used to in the service. Pt can't help. So this is very important to me. I'll check back after I've used it for a while

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, 3-4 times a day. It truly works the core. You need to know what you’re doing though because it comes with very weak instructions and the gel pads can wear out quickly even after wiping them off after every use. I can’t say much for the arm stimulation pads, I leave that work for the weights!
