One year shelf life, no refrigeration needed
I was getting frustrated with Kester EP256 which is an excellent solder paste for hot air reflow but only has a 6 month shelf life and requires refrigeration. I tried Chip Quik TS391AX and found it to have similar performance but with a 1 year shelf life at room temperature. Plus, the date of manufacture was clearly printed on the package.
