Really good high protein product but also the sweetest one out of all Ehrmann's protein mousses
This protein mousse is one of my top three favorite Ehrmann's flavors, but it's important to note that it's very sweet. In fact, it's the sweetest among all of Ehrmann's range, which might be overwhelming for some tastes. On the positive side, the texture of this mousse is impressively close to actual mousse, which I really enjoy.What I particularly appreciate about this mousse is its high protein content. Each cup has 20g of protein, yet it's surprisingly light and doesn't leave me feeling overly full, a common issue with other protein products. Additionally, despite its sweetness, the mousse is low in calories and fats, which is a significant benefit.
