Great for in door cooking to get a Smokey flavour.
I love smoking meat however live in a flat so hard to always be able to smoke. This however add some of the smokiness that a smoker would give you with out much work. A little of this stuff goes a long way so the bottle will last a while and is good value for money if you dont have the option for always having a smoker.

Not something I would buy again
A few dashes of this isn't enough, you need to use a a tablespoon or so of the liquid to impart flavour or perhaps marinade food in it.Its not something I would buy again

Decent but could be better
Good amount of smokiness but I feel it’s just lacking in depth, has more of a salty/vinegary taste after initial hit of smokiness

Nice flavour
I have used another brand of liquid smoke and I think this one is better, much more natural flavour and smells very authentic. Great value also
