KEENOVO Silicone Heater 310x310mm for Creality CR-10 3D Printer Bed w/Screw Holes (220V)

I bought this for upgrading my CR-10 heated bed which is very bad for materials like ABS or Polycarbonate. Installing this was a few hours DIY project. I set it up with a 40DA SSR (kept the extra amp so there is less chance of SSR failures) and difference is very satisfying. It heats up so fast that even for ABS temperature of 110C it takes less than 2 mins. This one takes around 6A while running which found from a Kill-A-Watt watt meter.I did make sure to ground the aluminum bed and the SSR also along with a 10A inline fuse since it is direct 120V AC.

Used on CR-10S, heats up much MUCH faster. 60c in about 30 seconds and I am able to get up to 135c (limit of printer firmware) so it enables me to print ABS without an enclosure. You do have to use a relay and rewire your control box to use this, I used a "SSR-25 DA 25A 3.2-32V DC/24-380V AC" available on Amazon as well for around $10.00There are several how-to videos on YouTube for instructions on wiring

This is a great product, however, after about 6 months, my thermistor failed in the middle of a print. Keenovo only offered a $2 refund after I purchased this for $75, and then they told me to install a thermistor on the outside, which I'm sure will degrade the performance. I'm not accepting that offer, and requesting a full refund or replacement.

Great heating pad it is 120volt so you do have to wire through a relay or external thermostat. Heats up fast.
