First of all, I think the name is ridiculous. Just call it a blood stain remover and be done with it. As a mother of two children who have gotten their fair share of knee and elbow scrapes, I am no rookie to blood stains of various types, including those "period panty" stains. Anyway, if you treat your stains right away, they have less of a chance to become permanent and that is true with any cleaner used. If you use this panty cleaner right away, it works great. That is what it is designed to do. It does seem a bit pricey at $8 for just 250 ml but not excessively so since it does what it is supposed to do. I also wouldn't call it "bulk" laundry detergent at that size.

I bought it for a blood stain on white pjs. This did nothing for them. At first I thought maybe I didn’t let it sit long enough but after a 24 hour sit and a second wash the stain was still there. You’re better off using Shout. This literally did nothing for that stain. Pretty cheeky to call it period wash when it can’t get rid of blood.

I needed it for blood stain. It didn’t work any better on my blood stain than my Shout with Oxi-clean. It was a set in blood stain in a shirt. Did not come out.

After using the product with my daughter, it was very easy for her to do along. We love it.

This works really good. I work as a nurse as sometimes I get blood on my scrubs. ( I know, it’s gross)This takes it out.
