Excellent Vacuum Sealer – Keeps Food Fresh Longer!
I purchased the NutriChef Automatic Vacuum Sealing System for my husband, and it has been a total game changer in the kitchen! The system is super easy to use, and the starter kit has everything you need to get started right away. We’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it has made storing leftovers, meats, and snacks so much more efficient. The vacuum seal is strong and effective, keeping food fresh longer in the fridge or freezer. It’s compact and doesn’t take up too much space on the counter, which is a big plus for us. Plus, the sleek design looks great in the kitchen. My husband loves it, and it’s made meal prep and storage so much easier. Highly recommend this vacuum sealer to anyone who wants to preserve food and reduce waste!

Intro to heavy use review
The media could not be loaded. Over all liked. Few dislikes. Dislikes were cutter, ruler for equal sealing (making pockets), having to use more plastic for a good seal equating to more waste in the end.I know i explain dislikes way more than likes, but I believe that's what matters. Anyone can say what's good, and say nothing what's bad, and that skews nothing to the truth. This is my first honest review, and you can tell from my vid, wildcard game! This is a good product so far, a few quirks I've noticed...even if the ends click shut, you might not get a good seal. A hair might prevent it. If you don't get a good suction.. stop it, flip the bag, still not, flatten it, still not, flip it again. Still not, make sure the bag isn't folded on its self. It can be kind finicky, but a little problem solving fixes it. My 9 yr old son solved 3 of them him self. I think my biggest complaint is i don't like waist for the sake of waist. The best seals work best with extra plastic, I tried keeping them tight l, like minimal space.. that equals no seal. There has to be roughly 1.5 in space to vacuum and seal past what is being stored. So I mean pros and cons...lost food or more plastic waste...personal conundrum. I am working on my own plastic recycling system FYI;). I do have a second video coming in a few minutes. As this is my first real review sry if it is too long or real, but let me know, I'll figure out how to get back to you, or you can help me and tell me how to get back to you, and I can answer more questions! But I hope I answered everything about it that you wanted right now. I'm not able to leave the last part of my vid review...so if you want to hear my amateur praise sorry, amazon won't let me. I did make a second vid and this was my first ever vid into social.. and amazon killed my desire to try to expand into anything else. I did praise this nutichief in a few ways. Good seals, suctions if enough slack is given. Ran for about 6 hrs straight today, minus mistakes me and my son made, it ran perfectly.

Works well
Quiet and does the job. I like that it has both a dry and moist setting. Seals well but be sure it is completely closed (locked down) or it won't give a good seal.

I like it
So far used twice , once I got the hang of making sure it clicked closed it worked beautifully. Read directions and it’s easy . Sealed , sucked air out nicely and not loud when on

Fun and easy to use.
Does a good job on all kinds of foods. Since it's just two of us at home, it makes it easy to save extra servings of whatever I cook for eating later. It's especially handy for packing up single servings of snacks or sauces. And if you lay them flat to freeze, it takes up much less freezer space than other containers. Keeps food from getting iced over too.The first time we vacuum sealed bread, it sucked out all the air and turned it into a wafer! So now when sealing bread or anything liquid, we hit the Stop button early and then hit the seal button. That way it doesn't crush the bread or suck up the liquid and then have difficulty sealing.

Works OK - did not last long
This was my first vacuum sealer so I had a bit of learning to go through. As others have noted sometimes helps to put something 1" thick under the item/bag you are sealing. Also, go large on the bag.In the end I gave this 3/5 because it did work but it died much sooner than I had expected. After only 5 years of light/medium use I removed from box and it would not seal. I kept the unit clean, always froze wet item before sealing, stored in box in 60F ~40-60% humidity. I feel like these devices made in the 1980's are still going but this one lasted only 5 years.
