Q: Can these be used with an inner tube?

After installing our product, there is no need to install the inner tube

Q: Will these fit Gotrax xr?

Yes they are for that scooter also. Buy the metal tire Spoons that are additional on the page, your going to need them. Follow the recommendations on boiling the tires to soften them and have an additional person for help. I did it by myself and would have been much easier with an extra set of hands. Just a note: you may want to consider solid tires. After going through the tire change myself I wish I would have just went with solid tires so I wouldn't have to do this again

Of course, as long as the scooter wheel is 8.5 Inch, it can be used.
