Carbalose Flour contains 80% less carbs than regular flour and can be used like regular flour in most recipes. Disappointed that this contains soy.
There was no ingredient list for this product. I did find where it said that there was no soy protein and was happy to buy a soy free product only to find that this does contain soy. A later line in the product description does say that it contains soy fiber. Why not put that in the same sentence as the soy protein? Why not add an ingredient list so that the buyer can read it for themselves before purchasing and getting it delivered. I now have two bags of a useless product. I should have read the description more closely but the soy information should all be together in one sentence and there should be an ingredient list.

LOVE IT!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TO BAKE WITH THIS. IT IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE BAKING FLOUR TO KEEP CALORIES LOW AND CARBS LOWER. I MADE AMAZING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES AND NO ONE COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE HIGH CALORIE AND HIGH CARB COOKIES. THIS IS A WIN WIN FOR ME!

I tried using this in two different bread recipes. Neither one worked out. It doesn't rise.
