I like this and have had it for almost 2 months now and don’t have the beeping issue like others have, don’t have the holder coming off at all, but I don’t feel like it lasts 40 uses. I could be wrong but feel like if they removed the essential oil area and added a bigger battery, I would be happier. Also the oil area is just an opening and they don’t give anything for it. Not a big deal but still like it. Might get another for my garbage can next.

UPDATE…The seller offered to refund my money or replace the unit. I asked for another unit. I will use a different double stick mounting tape and hope it sticks to the silicon holder. They supplier was very customer focused so I bumped the rating to 4 stars…I deducted one star for the poor quality tape.Original review…. I tried this unit based on the Amazon Prime Day price. It has been keeping the toilet bowl sanitary until today. The adhesive tape stopped sticking to the silicon mounting bracket — but the tape was still stuck to the toilet seat cover!!! So both the bracket and UV lamp were floating in the water when I got home from work. They should have tested the adhesive on the silicon bracket if it’s meant to keep the unit attached to the seat cover. The battery still charges (red blinking light) and the unit turns on (blue “on” light) but the UV bulb won’t light up. I was very pleased with the technology and results after two weeks. But don’t buy the product because the simple thing (double stick tape) was garbage, resulting in the device drowning in the toilet bowl after only 2 weeks. Seems like they missed the point of needing to keep it high and dry. I just. bought a second unit for a second bathroom and now am afraid to attach it. I really would like a replacement with a better mounting system or stronger tape.

1. The unit did not beep after the unit runs. It took me weeks to figure out where the strange beep was coming from.2. The battery life is not suitable for the frequency of usage in a bathroom with a number of occupants in the household.3. The adhesive for the mount can fail and the unit will fall in the toilet.I may have to remove all the units just because of the annoying beep. The concept was intriguing, but the in the end not a success.

Seems to be a decent product, but the beeping sound it makes when it turns off makes it unusable near anyone trying to sleep. Major design flaw.

besides my issues, an excellent product.i turned it on and let it do its work sanitizing, which it does for about a day and a half with 2 people in the house 24/7 mostly.seems i am only supposed to use it once per day, per instructions to get the most usage.okay, seems odd that i would have to turn the device OFF next time i am using the toilet.why does it stay on and not just turn itself to the OFF?the device is pretty amazing at keeping bacteria and smells away, especially left to sanitize after each usage.but i understand that is not how it was manufactured, but again, it should turn itself to the OFF position.

This is a great product but in our 4 person home the charge only lasts about 48 hours. I love the extra cleaning benefits but I wish I didn't have to fuss with it every couple of days.

I like the idea of this product but it don't keep away the toilet stains that grow. Also I seem to have to charge it every 3 days so i might as well use the old scrubber.
