Gütermann Thread Set: Machine Embroidery Cotton 12-Berry

Picture on the listing does not reflect the true colours these are not pinks but reds and yellows and orange.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to with these threads. The colours are gorgeous but whenever I use them for free motion embroidery (what they were purchased for) the thread break. I have used different tensions but whatever I do it snaps within a few stitches. It's a real shame as I love the colours but can't use them. They worked fine on basic straight line / zig zag stitch. It was quite surprised to have this problem because in the past Gutermann have always been excellent.

Used for embroidery

I bought these as embroidery threads for my brother innovis 955 but being 100% it will not work . It snaps gets caught round the bobbin. If you have this machine please don’t waste your money, buy Brother 100% polyester
