These air cleaners look great and they do the job for cheap

The threaded hole on the cover is drilled crooked so it won’t tighten down on the filter all the way. Leaves a gap on one side because the cover is crooked. Will have to drill it over sized and re-tap it straight in order to make it work. Also The spacers are the wrong size so you will have to use your old ones. And the center bolt for the cover is cheap aluminum and strips easily so I had to replace it with a 2 1/4 in grade 8 bolt. 99 sportster.

I wanted something better than stock but had a tough time parting with the handful of Benjamins. Saw this and for the price point decided I couldn't go wrong. I did order the K&N filter for it and used that instead of the one that came with it. The whole thing was super easy to install. It bolted right up, no issues, perfect fit. Bike breathes a lot better and is a bit more responsive. Looks 100% better!!

Looks great and fits wellPro tip: Use LoctiteAnd order K&N air filter P/N: E-3120This would be a 5 star if I didn’t have to use my original bushings to install so I have to paint those black so it looks betterThe black supplied ones were too short and made it hit the carb I’m sure they’ll work with newer models betterBut for sure just use loctite and grab the better filter. Provided one is very cheap and isn’t washable
