I have no problem with battery life, after I replace the cheap batteries that come with it. I use them for many purposes, mainly hunting for Uranium glass and the other kinds that glow, and the whole family used the for rockhounding-you'd be surprised how many different gems and minerals glow in UV light. This is my 3rd set, as my daughter and granddaughter keep borrowing them, lol. I don't mind because these are such great lights for the price. I love that it just has on-off, no strobe, no hi-low beam to bother with, just on and off.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this pen light to illuminate the fluorescence in this emberlite skull. How cool is that?

Great lights I use them for work. This is my second set, I gave one to a coworker from the first set and hers is going strong. Mine I accidentally dropped and it broke the bulb so beware of that

The media could not be loaded.  I was excited to use them because I found out you can use them to make glow in the dark toys glow instead of waiting for them to "charge" in regular light. Then I get them put the batteries in and nothing happens...

These work perfectly for finding uranium glass!

I’m a very clean person. I am always cleaning something. My hands dry out and crack from the amount of hand washing I do. Hell, I even have a spray bottle filled with 91% rubbing alcohol and I go through a 32oz bottle every 2-3 days by refilling the spray bottle.I ordered these flashlights because I was mostly curious what I’d find. Oh man, I kind of wish I hadn’t ordered them because OH MY GOODNESS. My toilet looks like a crime scene out of a CSI show. I’m afraid to use the flashlight because I am terrified of what I might find. That being said, it’s a good thing I did because now I can make sure I have cleaned thoroughly and can check afterwards with the flashlight. I just have to find the courage and strength to use it throughout the rest of my home.So yeah, these little flashlights definitely work.Thanks…. I think?

It does what it's supposed to do. It's bright enough and compact. However, I only used it to look around me after unboxing, and had it on no longer than 60 seconds and it became very hot. I didn't realize it was not LED. So, I think I'll return it and purchase one that is LED so that it doesn't heat up and the battery lasts longer.
