Update: I contacted the seller regarding the issue, they’re sending a new puzzle. This was a prompt response and the seller was pleased to fix the issue.I’ve done a lot of puzzles and have never had my box of pieces messed up. I had 4 extra pieces, 3 of those pieces were edge pieces. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re putting the edge together and trying to fit in pieces that were extra...it’s even more frustrating when you are missing pieces. I have a set up with raised edges to ensure that pieces do not spill off and disappear; even so, I thoroughly checked the puzzle area to ensure that the missing pieces were not lying around somewhere on my floor. They are just missing. I spent extra money on this puzzle hoping to epoxy and hang it in a spare room. Can’t do that now, can I?

It was a little too monochromatic for us. The darkness of the pieces definitely made it a challenge. However, it would have been great if it came with all of the pieces - the finished product was missing four pieces. The puzzle never left the table from the moment we opened it up.

Received two puzzles. Completed one with 1 missing piece. Went through the second puzzle twice and could not find that piece either. No bueno..Otherwise was a fun puzzle to put together. Decently easy but takes some time.

I am giving this a one star rating primarily because it was missing two pieces. There is one piece missing from the lower, left hand corner and another in the Ethyl gas pump. Also, the pieces are small and on the thin side. On a positive note the nostalgic graphic was entertaining for two older people to work.

Oh boy, I am the worst when it comes to putting together a crossword puzzle. This puzzle is terrific although Icouldn't even finish it. The colors, shapes, cover photo are great and people will love working on this.Sidne Leith

The puzzle is poor quality. The pieces were not cut properly and falling apart. It was a pretty design but out of the 4 puzzles I did this month this one was by far the worst quality.

I'm disappointed because there was one piece missing, which is incredibly frustrating!! I wanted to frame this and hang it on the wall since it looked so cool, but now I can't. Sad. If this had the missing piece it could be perfect. Is there any way to get one?

This puzzle took me 3 1/2 weeks to complete.It was difficult but I persevered.Just glued it and will frame.You need a lot of patience but keep your brain stimulated!
