I read the reviews after purchasing this product for my cat and wondered why some of the cat/dogs were foaming and drooling and hating the product. At this point I asked Alexa about the ingredient glycerin...she stated that Glycerin is a household product and Poisonous for cats and dogs! Now why are they selling an all natural product with a lethal ingredient? I'm afraid to offer this toothpaste to my cat...I may just use toothbrush only

This product was good. The only complaint is there wasn't flavor options when I bought, and my dog doesn't love it. It makes brushing a little bit of a task still, but the brush is nice.

I've never met a cat that likes minty vanilla. If yours is into it than try it. Mine hates it won't stand for it.

I use it on my dog and works just as well their is no reason why not the only thing is that I do not like the toothbrush so I do try to buy them separately if not I do donate the brush. I use the triangular brush on my dog.

Was so excited to get this since it seems like a great natural option! Thankfully the toothpaste was in the packaging but toothbrush was missing...:/

The product itself is very solid. The little toothbrush is the perfect size and the toothpaste was very agreeable to our can who is 3 years old and has horrible breath due to gingivitis and bad teeth from his shelter days.Like I said, he liked the flavor and the toothbrush included was the right size but he absolutely hated the experience of getting his teeth brushed. He is a very unusual cat that will put up with just about anything to be held and played with but I think he hit his limit on this.We are going to continue trying to get him to use it and will just take any acceptance of the toothpaste as a bonus. This is not the fault of the product, just be aware that this is not a magic cure that will make cats line up to have their teeth brushed. It, like any kind of behavior modification, takes time and effort.I am happy though that if it is going to be possible for a cat to willingly get its teeth cleaned this product will do it. He definitely liked the flavor, just not the process.I will update if any progress is made in future cleaning attempts.

it’s so hard to review a cat product because if you ask my cat Kiko he’d give 0 stars because brushing your teeth sucks. As a pet parent who’s spent almost a grand on cat dental cleanings, Id say regular brushing is so important to save money and your cats health. The flavor smells like people vanilla and I’m thinking wait- does my cat even know what vanilla is?? It has a coconut smell too. he went up it like he knew it was for him but he walks away when I bring it to his face. I think a meat flavor like chicken would be yummier for him. I did brush a tooth but he wasn’t in the mood, he licked his lips and moved on. He didn’t seem to hate the mouth feel (meowth feel if you will), so all i can say is brushing cat teeth is a slow process. If you never did it before, don’t expect your cat to happily take this, just get him used to touching he teeth with the paste in a finger, then the brush around his face. slowly put the two together, i mean like over a month or several months. I like the ingredients, there’s so weird stuff in the clinical ones!
