What I was looking for a stone to grind sandalwood. I really didn't care about chandan stick that came along. True to my suspicion, it isn't sandalwood. Some kind of scented stick, it is. Coming to the stone, it is of good quality and I'm able to ground sandalwood easily. Although you might feel it is too soft to obtain good results, it does decent enough job. The packaging was good with proper bubble wrap, given the fragility of stone. Coming to the size of stone, with usage I've come to realise that it is too small (6 inch). A normal hand's single swipe on the stone would be around 10 inches. So, you need to take care to avoid spillovers. There are other stones on Amazon that has skirting and are much bigger, and would make a good option. And cost less.All said and done, it doesn't delight you. Just manages to meet your need.

I like this product as it has natural scent. I'm using this for skincare.

I don’t think so sandalwood quality is good when I break it in middle there was no oil also took me quite an 30 minutes to get a little bit paste, sandalwood isn’t like That it’s easy to rub sandalwood
