An ok med kit
Purchased this hoping it would be a great buy to carry as my med kit for work, its well built but my complaint would be that it the snaps kept getting undone too easily. Its of nice size as well as I was able to fill it easily with my trauma kit. If it weren't for the snaps id have rated it easily 5 stars

I'm putting together a down and dirty kit to have mainly at my shooting range. I am a safety officer, previously was a paramedic. I want the basics for bleeding, chest wounds. Tourniquet, blood stop dressings, occlusive chest seals. This pouch will be adequate, didn't want to spend a ton of money. This pouch is good quality, small enough to carry on my belt. Now to fill it and hopefully never use it!

Worth the price
Great little pouch for the money. The zippers are smooth and it seems to be built decently but I haven't fully loaded it yet. For under $13 you get the pouch, the shears, the patch and a rip away molle attachment. You can't go wrong.

Good size
This is a replacement for an old auto 1st aid kit I have had for years. The size is good. It will hold most everything Its for everything.need. Plenty of pockets. Really like the size and durability also.

Molle spacing is off - won't attach to a standard molle grid.
The construction seems fine. The scissors are of decent quality. My low score is a result of the improper "spacing" on the webbing pattern for the tear-off hook and loop section. It is not in standard molle spacing and will not attach to a molle grid.
