I dont tKe faithfully cuz my taste buds cannot handle this flavor. I like licorice but this does not taste like it at all. I can’t even describe it. Upchuck? Yeah it’s like that but worse. BUT!! I do feel it has helped my lungs even tho I haven't taken daily. How? I can cough the crap out. I’m a smoker and it sounds nasty but it does help clear lungs. I also had covid early summer and my hope is it’s helped strengthen lungs and cleared as I’m in beginning stage of copd. But I do give this 5 stars because I feel it’s does what it says it does. But nasty taste. I handle it by putting dropper end into throat pinching my nose together. Then quickly drink something strong flavored while punching nose. It works! I can’t taste the nasty if I do it right. Lol. But it was worth a try and happy I bought.

I hardly have to use my inhaler since I have been using this product. Very satisfied!

I am a Type 2 Diabetic and I stupidly did a bathroom rehab at my sister's house not wearing a mask and had an acute Construction Lung/Asthma. I figured I got some fiberglass and silica in my lungs and despite a pretty good cough session afterward I had some severe loss of lung capacity. It is a combination of the T2 and the demolition. It got worse as ate too many carbs. So, this is why I got the bright lungs.I bought this as I figured as a natural thing it could only help. I thought it might bring up some of the silica and fiberglass if there was any left in my lungs. I got the bottle the same day and took the recommended dose at about 6pm. At 10;30pm my nose was running and I was coughing up some phlegm.WARNING: I began coughing up a dime sized white phlegm every 2 minutes. I was drinking water to keep things moving. I tried lying down to bed but it just keep developing every 2 minutes or so. I had to cough it up at least 30 times and hour. I used a Steam Inhaler about 4am and then sat in a recliner which seemed to help. I usually do get bronchitis when I get a cold so this felt a lot like that. I was able to sleep by breathing only through my nose but it was not a good night.To me this was a Detox event aka Herxing or Herxheimer event. Afet a rough morning I do feel clearer and have an increase in lung capacity. I estimate I expunged about 2 ounces of sputum which was white and clear indicating no bacterial infection but just white blood cells.I will not be taking this tincture in the evening again but when I have the time will take it in the morning on a day that can spare. I am betting that I am more sensitive to one or more of the ingredients based upon the other comments or that my T2 diabetes made it more of an event.Either way, be careful with this and learn from me by setting aside a day and taking this in the morning so you don't ruin your sleep which is far more essential than taking this tincture.Everyone is different so this may not be your experience but it can't hurt to take some precaution.

This did not work for me. Made me cough and cough with nothing coming up. I think I am allergic.

I haven’t used this product because of the information I found on the web, claiming there is no evidence of this working and also shouldn’t use if you are taking certain medications

My husband has had a chronic cough brought on by asthma and allergies, our insurance won't help pay for the only medication that helped him. We tried this after trying many other products and it has helped him a lot. He still has a cough but it has calmed down so it is noticeable. We just purchased our second bottle!
