This bluetooth keyboard is one of the best feeling keyboards i've used in a while, and i've used a lot of them. They have the right give, the right spacing, and a surprisingly good layout other than the lack of a shift key on the right side. I've only had it a day, and i can tell i could be very fast on this.The mouse function is, likewise, *absolutely amazing*. I was stupefied at just how incredibly accurate the tracking is with this device's internal gyroscope. It feels, on my Android phone, as if I had managed to attach a Wii pointer and was using that as a mouse controller.Which is why it's such a shame that the build quality is so terrible. I've only had this unit a day, and it is already starting to short out on me. It was initially just acting erratically randomly, but now pressing either the central mouse button or the enter key seem to result in the unit completely rebooting.What a shame. Don't buy it.

This item is being returned. The whole affair with this company and this keyboard has left me with a distaste.First of all the statement that this item is for the Apple TV is just flat-out untrue. Yes, it has a sleeve for an apple remote, but beyond that, this keyboard has nothing at all specific to the Apple TV. It even has a "windows" button. Second of all, the item I got is defective. The most important key... the "down" arrow does not function on mine. Although this might not seem like a big deal, you would be surprised how often that key is required. More often than any other key. Thirdly, the item did not include the promised Bluetooth Dongle. Any one of these issues by themselves could be chalked up to a mistake or manufacturing issue. Combined? Well you be the judge.I am sending this thing back and getting something by another company. After this issue I will be sure to communicate to my peers my full thoughts on this product and the company that manufactures it.Also, maybe you will have better luck, but to me a three-axis gyroscopic "air-mouse" is really next to useless. Maybe it takes some getting used to, I am not sure, but for me the mouse just seems to float wherever it likes no matter how I hold it. When giving up and reaching for my standard laptop trackpad the air-mouse still stays active while undoing anything I try and do by virtue of being moved even a slightest bit. Also, for some unknown reason, the right and left mouse buttons are inverted meaning that the left mouse button is on the right and vice versa. My first impression was that maybe I was holding it incorrectly, but no matter which way you hold it, the keys are inverted. It is counter-intuitive to have the buttons this way as you cannot just "left-click". One must think about it every time before actually clicking.

I use this with my Apple TV and it is great. So much easier than trying to type searches with the arrows on the little Apple TV remote. It paired easily, and connects as soon as I turn on the power to it. Also, the keyboard works well, very nice feel to it. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and actually think Apple would do well to make this the remote that comes with the Apple TV. After all, it is almost identical in size and shape to the iPhone, so it already looks the part. And it feels as well made as any Apple product.

This thing is so light. It is like 2 or 3 sheets of paper light.Connected to my PC immediately with no drivers required. (Windows 7)The mouse takes some getting used to, its is super sensitive. Keyboard is laid out well.Not something you want to compose a masterpiece of literature with. But for web surfing, captcha input, searches etc it is perfect.Would be 5 stars but it needs a way to dampen or filter the mouse output.*Edit #1*The battery life so far has been 4 to 5 days with moderate use. Longer if I turn it off when not in use. But then you have to wait forever (1 - 2 seconds) for it to reconnect to the computer. We are all in such a hurry that 1-2 seconds does seem like forever at times....The mouse gets easier to control the more you use it. Learning curve, not that I need to ever learn anything, I know it all. (cough cough)

Does not pair well! I cannot get it to pair with my Apple TV. The instructions also do NOT address Apple TV. In fact, the only mention is the sticker on the box and the odd sleeve designed in the cover for an apple remote. I will be returning this!

Ehhhh.... Your john does the same thing. Although the size makes the remote harder to loose. Look into the remote mount or just throw velcro on it and the wall

Still figuring out the features-but I love that I don't have to tape my Apple TV remote to a big spoon anymore--that was the only way to keep it from slipping between couch and recliner cushions. Now it's securely tucked away inside this normal sized remote. Also love that I can use the keyboard to type straight to the movie I want instead of using the arrows to scroll all the way through my list.

This IS NOT an appleTV remote. It only holds the remote. If I wanted a remote holder, I would have purchased a remote holder. The item description is extremely misleading. If I could give zero stars as an option, I would.
