Good quality - I only recently opened them despite buying them a while ago - but one of the toothbrushes just..... didn’t come with bristles?? I thought it was like you have to attach them separately but then the other three were fine so I guess this one was just a quality oversight. The other three at least have bristles and they work just fine too so I suppose it’s not really that big of an issue

I normally go for medium to hard bristle, these are very soft but also effective. Love them

I don't like ordering this sort of small item due to cost of postage so added it on to another order. The first time I used the toothbrush several bristles came out and I was all set to return them. HOWEVER, on further use all has been fine and no more bristles have come out. I think the initial falling out must have been a few loose ones and hopefully this won't happen again. I was also a bit concerned as to whether I would like to feel of the bamboo in my mouth and although not completely smooth, I find I don't have an issue, so am happy I have added these to my collection of eco friendly products.

I read online that these particular types of toothpaste work best for using my favourite charcoal teeth whitening powder. So I bought these and they’re perfect for what I need to use them for. The clean so well and the black charcoal powder cleans off them so easily! Love these!

This really is just my opinion, and i REALLY wanted to love them! But for me personally they were just too soft, i found that my teeth just did not feel as clean as usual. I also found that the bristles came off the brush way too easily - not the best part of my day picking bristles out of my teeth! I found that the bamboo texture in my mouth just wasnt for me either. I LOVE that they are eco friendly and i havent given up on finding an eco friendly alternative but unfortunately these ones just werent for me, after a week i had to concede and switch back to the plastic. Better luck next time for me!*update* after leaving my review, i recieved a lovely email from Augola, apologising for my experience and offering me either a replacement or a full refund, showing they really do follow through with their warranty! This was without me asking for either! Great company practice!!

My children really do not like brushing their teeth and it's a daily battle. These brushes definitely made things a little easier and my 3 year old (who is the most difficult one to get to do her teeth!) was excited to brush her teeth especially with the rainbow brush. I was really pleased to find brushes that were recyclable, the packaging is brilliant. I would caution people to pay special attention the first few times of brushing as my younger son had the pink brush and some of the bristles fell out into his mouth. Luckily he spit them out. It hasn't happened since so hopefully it was just a one off.

I had high hopes for these as I’m looking for more sustainable products and this seemed to fit the bill. Sadly there seem to be some quality issues which have resulted in clumps of bristles being lost from both brushes we are using, in exactly the same spot. Now I know it may not look that much, but given these are for children, I can tell you first hand that in the mouth of a toddler, it is, and it resulted in gagging, and then vomiting, the second time I was quicker to get them out. Perhaps I just got a bad lot, or my child is particularly enthusiastic with their use, but if you do purchase, please keep a close eye when they’re being used, to avoid the issue I experienced this weekend.

Great value for money, toothbrush is suitable for me and I would buy them again.
