I read reviews on these pillows before purchase and it seemed highly recommended so I ordered them. They came in a vacuum bag as stated, and the label said they were as described, so I was hopeful. I took them out and let them air out for a day. Unfortunately, these pillows were just not for me. I found them to be soft, but they seemed extremely thin whereas when I put my head down onto the pillow, it just seemed to meld in with the flat bed. I did not find any support just a flat feather layer. They did not feel comfortable to me. I have other feather pillows and they are soft as well, but not "flat" to the bed as these pillows were. If I took the pillow and scrunched it up into a ball and layed on my side, it seemed to do a little better, but this is not what I wanted. I am not trying to discourage anyone in trying these pillows as maybe this is what is liked about them, I just did not care for them myself. Perhaps if the amount of feathers was increased and the pillow was a bit more bulky, it might be better.

Bought these for my daughter who was off to college. She said they're the most comfortable pillows she's ever slept on.

These pillows are exactly what I wanted.I'm a stomach sleeper and I hate firm pillows. I like just a little support, but my head pretty close to the mattress. That is exactly what these pillows provide. They fluff up nicely out of the packaging. I didn't need to let them air out at all, just fluffed them up a bit by hand, put them in the pillow case, and they were good to go.However, once you lay on them, they compress again quite a bit. My head sinks right into them. For me, that,'s perfect. They provide some extra softness without my head being raised too much and giving me a stiff neck in the morning. If you like thick pillows with lots of support, these may not be for you.They also aren't terribly effective if you want something to lean back against while sitting up in bed to read or watch TV. This isn't a big deal to me, as I just use some throw pillows for that purpose.If you like very soft, thin pillows, these are great. They're exactly as advertised and I personally love them.

False advertising. Description says: Stuffing: 75% Goose Down, 25% Feather.Tag on pillow says:"Fill: Outer-White Goose Down(Minimum 75% Down);Inner-White Goose Feather.Fill weight: Outer: 5 oz.Inner: 25 oz."Do the math and the pillow is actually 12.5% goose down. And you can feel it.

I bought 4 of these and as a side sleeper I need to use 3 to sleep on. They get completely flat. However as a snuggle pillow they are amazing! I just wish they didn’t get so flat. And they’re not easy to fluff up. Even so, the minute I lay my head down they shrink 80% and by morning they’re about 90% flattened (which is why I need 3)
