Patience Lots of patience
Super frustrating process. I had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company, which ultimately held up my delivery by a few weeks. I chased via email and phone to rectify. Then I heard from the Cymax furniture company (which was better) but now it’s been 10 days and radio silence. The bed itself is as pictured, a few issues during the build but the process is a headache

Very nice bed
The bed is very well made. I would have given a 5 star rating but was some marks on finish. It looked like it was handled rough in shipping. Was nothing to major and would buy this bed again.

It's well made & sturdy. My grand Daughter loves it
The color was described as drift wood. It's just Grey no wood texture. It's well made & sturdy. My grand Daughter loves it.
