Great Desktop PC For The Money
This was an outstanding value. I bought it as an upgrade to a Gateway PC I've had for over eight years with an i5 Intel processor. The Dell with an i5-8400 processor and 12 GB of RAM is perfect for my everyday use and some photo editing.

It works great and I'm happy.
I was nervous that this computer wouldn't perform well and be loaded with bloatware at the price point but I was totally wrong. Add that to some negative reviews I read and I wasn't feeling warm and fuzzy when I put it in my cart but I'm glad I did. Set-up was a snap. Replaced a 10 year old blue HP desktop that has become so blotchy that it was driving us crazy. As an added bonus when I plugged in my older samsung printer it discovered it and installed the correct drivers and it now works better. All summed up I say it works great and I'm happy with my purchase.

Fast and Reliable
I had to buy a new system to work from home and I'm so glad I found this one. We have it partitioned with Linux and Windows and it's working fantastic!

Don't buy someone else's discarded problems
My policy has always been to not buy used tech. I got greedy and violated that policy in order to buy more power for the same amount of money. After all, it's reconditioned, right? Any problems that it might have had have been found and fixed, right?Remember that there's a reason that the person before you dumped the item that you're considering buying. While it's possible that they may have just wanted to upgrade, it's also possible because the item had a problem that they couldn't fix. In my case, the computer makes a sound every few seconds when it's asleep that sounds like it's getting a notification. When you wake it, there are few or no new notifications. That pretty much renders sleep mode useless.I recommend that you do what I will do DILIGENTLY from now on: spend the extra money and buy new. Don't buy someone else's discarded headache, because whatever problem it has is probably not fixable.
