This is a perfect film. It works really well. Make sure you get a good knife to cut and a squeegee to remove bubbles. It makes the rooms much nicer

Used this on my patio door. I like to watch the birds, but they would scatter when I approached the door. Wanted something I could see out of, but wouldn't show me. This mirrored film works great. Its tinted which is great to keep the heat/light out. Of course it then makes the view a bit dark...but not really distorted. I added pictures of me looking out (notice the finches didnt budge!), a picture so you can see the dark contrast (I didnt cut it straight-oops), and a picture from outside looking in. At night the mirrored affect does disappear.Easy enough to install. Need patience to get the bubbles out and make sure its positioned ok. I was able to take it off and lay it back down (during install) when it wasnt where I wanted it.I liked this product and ordered it twice to cover all of the door. I would recommend.

I've just installed the privacy film this morning on 2 glass doors that get full sun most of the day. I didn't make the purchase so much for the privacy aspect as for the glare and UV reduction aspects. I have UV light sensitivity that can make life very miserable as it triggers what are called "light" migraines that are sometimes debilitating. Right now I am enjoying sitting beside my doors and enjoying the outdoor view that I have been missing. Is the film perfectly installed? Not even, but I'll go get a squeegee on another day, use some water, and adjust the film to get the little wrinkles and a few bubbles out for a better view. It took me a little less than 2 hours to install the film on both doors and that includes removing drapes and Venetian blinds as well as clean up. I found a DIY page online that actually had more explanation of how to install these kinds of films that was helpful and I didn't expect perfection in the first go-round. I also didn't try to cut the film to fit before applying it... I used a cutter and trimmed the film after hung. I found I needed all the extra film for re-positioning as I went along. Also, cleaning the glass before-hand is just about water and paper towels. Am I happy? Yes, very, very... there have been days on end when I couldn't enjoy the view outside my doors or the sunshine of a given day. As said in the headline... it is a great relief! Thank you so much!!

Unless you're a professional it's super hard to put on and it doesn't want to stay on. Plus you can't see out at night

It’s not bad for the price. Personally I would spend the extra money and get something better. It does almost two windows for the small roll. Definitely still see through and does a light tint on windows.

I bought this on sale instead of a name brand. I'm very impressed with the product. It's been on for a few months now. It has dramatically improved the temperatures in those rooms. I went to buy a name brand after buying this. It was terrible quality, falling off the next day. So I bought this brand again. Will purchase more for the rest of my house.
